The intention of this session is to connect with and bathe in the frequency of divine unconditional love,

Pure divine love,

The pure essence of who you are and the highest vibrational frequency.

By connecting with this frequency each day you will begin to feel more and more love radiating from within.

You will gently release fears,

Nurture your self-love and walk in alignment with your highest path.

This practice will open your heart,

Support deep healing at the root and guide you to live fully in alignment with your soul's purpose.

Start by finding a comfortable position,

One that feels good for you,

Whether you are seated,

Walking or lying down.

Connecting deeply with your breath,

Breathing in through the nose,

Inviting in source light,

Source consciousness,

The eternal stream of limitless unconditional love,

Releasing,

Letting go of anything and everything that is blocking your ability to connect with source,

Asking source to bring into your awareness what needs to be healed in order and healing frequency that is our very being,

Bringing this frequency through your entire field,

Infusing divine love and facilitating awareness throughout your allowing this frequency to open your heart,

Frustration and pain,

Answering this frequency in your very being and the divine essence within you.
