From any of my states of spiritual,

Emotional or mental consciousness,

Of any spiritual or astral entity of any kind or origin,

Affected the balanced performance of my physical,

I now decree irrevocably and definitely the definite release of any astral entity or
Thought form that could have lodged in my being and order their definitive and permanent withdrawal
From all my states of consciousness,
Without there being the remotest possibility that they
Return again ever,
For I decree that I will never again allow this to happen,
For my higher self is the only one that can give that authorization.
