We’ve all heard about affirmations, but using them effectively remains challenging for many. Today’s session simplifies affirmations, showing you how to incorporate them into your daily routine in a way that maximizes their impact and amplifies their rewards.

Namaste and welcome to day 5 of the 15 day manifestation journey.

This is a journey we are taking together where we keep stacking one daily practice that is easy and practical to help you create the life that you desire that is full of abundance.

Today in day 5 we are talking about affirmation.

Affirmations are sentences or phrases that impress your brain,

Your mind,

Your energy with positive beliefs.

I would recommend picking up at least one affirmation.

The affirmation should be in present tense,

Shouldn't be saying I will or I want but should state I am or I feel so happy now that I have.

And secondly it should be expansive,

It should not be limited to some specific number if it comes to money or a specific person if it comes to relationship.

It should be expansive with what you want to feel and the possibilities out there.

Let's say if you want to create a money affirmation you could probably say I am so happy now that I have so much money where it is not a source of stress anymore and I have money flowing into my life from different positive sources or you could say I am so happy to have achieved this promotion in my career where I keep making more money.

If you were trying to achieve perhaps the next level of growth in your career,

If you're trying to look for a new partner you could always say I am so happy and I feel so loved to have this perfect partner in my life who takes care of me,

My needs and is always there for me.

Create one affirmation that is personal to you and now the daily practice is about repeating that affirmation.

You could even set alarm or notification for this practice where you say this affirmation every morning,

Every noon,

Every later in the afternoon,

Every evening and every night.

So you are repeating this affirmation at least five times in your day.

So affirmation repetition is the daily practice for today.

Come back for day six until then keep manifesting Namaste
