And so choose one of your manifestations from your list.
It can also be a life intention if you desire.
Just choose something you want to manifest in your life.
Closing your eyes and just begin to imagine this manifestation,
This vision.
Imagine any images.
How does it feel?
What does it feel like?
See and imagine this to the best of your ability as if it's a memory or a movie.
And now as you imagine this,
Hold this in the center of your vision.
This is where we're focusing on and on the peripheral or the outskirts.
Allow any doubts or fears that contradict this,
Any limiting beliefs.
Just staying focused on this image and just allowing them to arise.
As they arise,
Allow them to integrate by just surrendering any resistance to them.
You'll notice as they integrate,
They release and shift and then coming back and just focusing on that which you're manifesting,
Growing it in your mind,
Feeling it,
Experiencing it,
And then allowing any negative beliefs or feelings,
Images,
Sensations to arise on the peripheral and the outskirts.
They can be the same or they can be new.
Any and all parts of yourself that don't believe this manifestation is possible and allow them to integrate,
Releasing any resistance to them.
The only thing between you and any manifestation is your own limiting beliefs or doubts,
Especially if it's in alignment with your soul.
If you were free of all the limiting beliefs and doubts,
It would already be so.
So coming back now and remembering this vision,
This dream,
This memory from the future,
Feeding it with your mind,
Your heart,
How would you feel if this had come to be?
And then once again,
Allow any doubts,
Limiting beliefs,
Resistance to arise on the outskirts of this and allow them to integrate.
You'll find that as they integrate,
They just lose some of their power.
They may disappear,
They may just lose their effect.
You're bringing it into awareness.
When it's mentionable,
It's manageable.
What this does is that it brings this negativity out of your subconscious into the forefront and it can be cleansed.
So focusing again on this beautiful dream,
Vision,
And memory,
How does it feel?
If this manifested today,
Who is the first person you would tell?
And imagine telling them,
Imagine texting,
Picking up the phone,
Meeting them for coffee.
See yourself in this,
And allow any doubts,
Fears,
Resistance,
Limiting beliefs to arise on the peripheral.
When we say on the peripheral,
We mean they're not at the forefront.
The forefront is your vision.
To integrate to this vision once again,
Allowing the peripheral to dissolve,
Putting all your attention on this manifestation.
And if this came to be tomorrow,
This manifested tomorrow,
How would you celebrate?
Maybe it's a small manifestation,
Maybe you just give yourself a pat on the back.
Maybe you'd buy yourself a cake or something.
Maybe you'd buy a gift for someone else that helped you manifest it.
How would you celebrate?
And just imagine yourself in that celebration,
Feel gratitude for this manifestation.
And now imagine this manifestation like a bubble surrounding your whole body.
You can imagine it like a cartoon text bubble,
And imagining it as if you're stepping into it.
Imagine it all around you,
Filling your aura,
Feeling it fully in the present moment,
Blessing you,
Filling you.
And who would you be if this came to manifest?
Feel who you would be as this manifestation fills your energy.
There may still be doubts or limiting beliefs on the peripheral,
Just allow them to be.
It's human.
They're almost always there.
And just really steep yourself in this bubble of manifestation,
Feel it behind you,
Feel it beside you,
In front of you,
On top of you,
Below you.
How does it feel to be this manifestation,
To live this prayer?
And so taking a deep breath and coming back,
This is a very simple technique that you can do anytime.
It's a more kind of advanced,
I guess you could say visualization,
But still pretty basic.
It works on a lot of different principles that we'll be talking about throughout our journey together.
That said,

We'll just leave it at that.
