We'll do this by settling underneath the sun and moving through a deep body scan.
This meditation can be done sitting comfortably with your back supported,
Or I would actually recommend laying down with a blanket over you for this one.

Drift your eyes closed if you feel safe to do so,
Or just lower your gaze.
We're going to take three breaths together to settle into the present moment.
Take a nice deep breath in through your nose,
And exhale out your mouth.

The sun's brilliant rays beam down upon you,

The light is surrounding you and encasing you,

A shimmering orb starts to appear above your head.
Floating in your sacred space,
A golden egg materializes.
It's a gift from the sun,
A magical present just for you.
The golden egg hovers above you,
Slowly spinning in its glory.
Its shell is like a golden metallic treasure,
Reflecting light with warm hues of citrine,
Lemon,
And saffron.
Cosmic eggs hold ancient medicine and great power.
The sun has summoned this golden egg to cleanse your body,
Replenish your energy,
And to alchemize you with protection magic.
