My name is Sangeet and today I want to share with you something about attachment.
We usually use this word to describe the feeling of being caught in something that is felt as excessively needed and that many times is actually toxic,
Which may turn into a negative experience that we find hard to come out of.
But what specifically make this happen?
Although attachment can be seen and experienced in so many ways and levels,
There is one particular energy that can create an evident darker side of this.
It is commonly described as hot and cold and this is due to its toxic ambiguity.
This happens when someone alternates an apparent caring behavior with a clear cold and total insensitive one that creates nothing but confusion in whoever receives this treatment.
This type of energy can be extremely manipulative and the more it prolongs the bigger is the attachment.
Why is that?
Because we are repeatedly experiencing an alternation of a beautiful Sun in a beautiful sky and its sudden drastic absence.
This not only creates trauma but it also makes us forever chase after that little bit of Sun that is sporadically offered.
It is this contradiction that leads to exclusive focus and consequent attachment and even obsession.
It comes to a point that we may start mixing this energy with our own,
Believing that we are weak and therefore that we actually need it.
And with this it comes self-doubt that translates into fear of losing the little bit of Sun that we have and this is when we feel the impulse to go after this person whenever they leave or ignore us.
It is all based on a false sense of neediness as a result of the interaction with an inconsistent and unstable energy.
Not all manipulative energies have strategic and deliberate bad intentions behind.
However,
They all can be harmful somehow and whatever the situation is,
It is essential that we distinguish our energy very well from others so we remain independent enough to escape from these trapping vibrations.
So today,
Let's be and stay powerful,
Totally and fully complete on our own,
Knowing our worth and value and let's play and enjoy life.
After all,
This is what we came here for.
