Hello, Namaste and a very warm welcome to you. My name is Saqib and today's session is called Synchronicity, Raising Your Vibration. Today's session is about raising our vibration. Today's session is about and when I say raising our vibration, It means that connecting to our true vibration. It means that connecting to our true nature, It's not really raising, It's kind of realizing our vibration and that leads to the experience of abundance. And this connection between vibration and abundance, Carl Jung called it synchronicity and we'll talk about that in detail, What synchronicity is and how synchronicities, They kind of help us align with the abundance that is already there in our lives. In other words, They help us manifest a wonderful life for ourselves and that happens through connecting to our true nature, To that high vibration that is already our true nature. Manifestation is always limited when it happens through the ego, But when we come back to our true nature, That is the being, When we come, When we stop feeling limited, When we stop trying to reach out for things, Because if we are reaching out for things, If we are becoming desperate about things or people for experiences, If we are becoming needy, That is the sign that I am manifesting from the ego. I'm trying to manifest from the ego because the ego feels limited. The ego always feels limited and that's why the ego always needs things from the outside. The ego is looking for things, Experiences, The ego is looking for money, The ego is looking for relationships, The ego is looking for all other things that the ego feels will bring success to it, Because the ego feels limited. That's the fundamental nature of the ego, To feel limited and it tries to expand itself, But it never fully expands itself because it expands itself on the basis of thoughts. Thoughts are always limited. We can only think about limited things. Thinking is always a limited experience, But as we transcend the ego and come back to our true nature, Which is the being beyond the ego, For that you can see that the ego is like the self, Which is like a smallest self and the being is like the self, That is a capitalist self and we come back to our capitalist self, When we come back to our true nature, We realize that whatever I need is already here, Whatever I need is already my nature. It's as if, You know, It's as if something is trying to look outside of itself. It's as if you are trying to find yourself outside of yourself. And it's like sometimes I wear my specs and then I'm looking for specs, Right? That happens to a lot of us who wear specs at times and when I'm wearing my specs, Sometimes I forget that it's on my eyes and I'm looking for my specs, Where are my specs? And then I realize, Oh my God, My specs are right here. And so that is like what, You know, That's kind of just an example for an analogy for, You know, What we are doing with by looking, Trying to look outside of ourselves for things. We're not realizing that whatever I'm looking for is here, Is already here and whatever is outside is a projection of what is already here. This is what Carl Jung called synchronicity, Which means that there is a causal connection between what we call the outside world and what we call the inner world. It's a meaningful connection. We are not causing it, It is happening. It is a causal, It is beyond cause and effect. And when we realize that whatever we are looking for is already here, Right? It's as if another analogy for this can be that, You know, You're watching a movie and then there's a problem with the movie. You're watching a movie in the theater and we go to the screen and we try to fix the screen in the theater. What we don't realize is that the movie is not there on the screen. We have to go to the projector, To the projector room to fix the issue. And that is what the being is. The being is the projector. So whatever we experience outside is a reflection of what is inside, Is a projection of what is inside. So to look for abundance, We don't have to go outside of ourselves versus we have to come back to our own true nature. And that's when we realize abundance. That's when we raise our vibration and realize our higher vibration. Breathe in magic without doubts. Yes, Because magic is also the nature of being. Doubting is the nature of the mind of the ego. Whereas when doubts are let go of, That's when magic appears in our life. Again, That's what Carl Jung called synchronicity. When we see experiences that don't make sense to the mind, Right? Because when magic happens in your life, It doesn't make sense. How is this possible? How is this possible? How can I suddenly experience this great love in my life? How can I suddenly experience this great abundance flowing in my life? How can this happen? And so that is the magic of the being. When we come back to our being, Magic happens. The mind cannot make sense of that. But the being knows. The mind only doubts. The mind tries to find cause and effect. Cause and effect, Trying to find the causes of things is the nature of the ego. And that's why Carl Jung said synchronicity is acausal. It's an acausal connection, Which means that when things happen in your life, When these magical things happen in your life, Let's say, You meet someone with whom you experience deep love, Or maybe you suddenly experience this great abundance in your life, Flowing in your life, Prosperity flowing in your life. The mind tries to find logic in that. The mind, The ego asks, Why did this happen? Whereas, What synchronicity is, It's not causal. When we ask the question why, We try to find the cause. Cause and effect is a causal relationship. Whereas, Carl Jung said synchronicity is acausal. It might not have any meaning. You know, When, For example, You experience love in your life, Deep love, What is the reason for that? Maybe there is no reason for that. Maybe you did not cause that. Maybe the other did not cause it. But maybe there is deep meaning in this. You were supposed to meet at this point of time. Or when you experience prosperity in your life, What is the meaning? Why do I experience prosperity? The ego tries to find a reason. Whereas, The being knows that things happen acausally, Without any reason. They happen in a state of flow. There is a natural flow. There is a, You know, Which Lao Tzu called Tao. There is a natural Tao, A natural flow to existence. And if we flow with the Tao, If we, You know, Flow as if you're flowing in a river, Rather than trying to flow and swim upstream and resist the flow of the river, Or trying to swim faster, You just relax. And you allow yourself to just flow with the river. And you see then magic happening. Then things happen without any reason. So, Things happening without any reason is synchronicity. We do not need a reason to manifest abundance, Prosperity, Love, Right? All these things. The ego tries to find reason. The ego, And that's why we feel limited. And obviously, We'll feel limited. Because if I function from a place of cause and effect, I will say, Okay, You know, I'm not, The ego will say that, Okay, I am not, You know, I'm not a smart person. So, Maybe that's why I can't have a lot of money. Or maybe I'm not, You know, A loving person. So, I can't have love in my life. And this is the limitation of the ego. The ego always tries to find a reason and it tries to justify things. But the being, You know, Just knows that this is what your true nature is, That already you deserve that abundance. Already, You are not, It's not that you are not deserving. If I believe that I'm not deserving, Then obviously, It won't happen to me. But if I realize that everyone deserves abundance, Everyone deserves love, Everyone deserves, That is our, Because that is our true nature, First of all, You know, Forget about even deserving, That is who we are, That is what our true nature is. And so, As we come back to that true nature, You know, Things happen without any reason, Then you don't need to be smart, You know, To have a lot of money, Then you don't need to have all those qualities, Because you realize that you already have those qualities deep in your being. But the ego believes that I don't have those qualities, Because the ego feels limited. So true abundance is beyond the ego. Synchronicity means that things happen without any reason, That magic happens. And that magic enhances in your life when we stop controlling our life from the place of the ego, Right? The ego wants to control everything. The ego says that I need to rise up the corporate ladder. The ego says that I need that person in my life if I want to be happy. The ego says that if I don't have this much of money, Then I will not be happy or I will be stressed or something like that. The ego, That's the ego, That because that's always the limitation, You can see how the ego will always be limited. And when I say the ego, This is the ego functions through thinking, Through thoughts, The thinking mind can will always have a limitation, Right? We can, The thinking mind doesn't think of magic, Usually. The thinking mind only thinks of, You know, All the limitations and it tries to, It feels limited, It becomes desperate, It becomes needy and greedy, Right? It says that maybe if I can just have a little bit more money, Maybe if I can just have that person in my life, Maybe if I can just have this or have that. Can you see how limited the thinking of the ego is? Whereas what happens in synchronicity is that you let go of all that thinking, You come back to your being and you realize that there is infinite abundance here. The thoughts will always be limited. We can only think of limited things because the thoughts are based on older patterns, Right? The thoughts are coming out of our memories and our memories are mostly limited. Because, You know, Maybe in my childhood I have memory of feeling limited. Maybe someone made me feel limited, Maybe someone told me or my parents told me that you are not good enough or someone else told me you are not good enough. You know, The thoughts always try to recreate things from memory and that will always be limited because it's based in the past. Thinking can never be new. Thinking is always based in the past. Whereas when we transcend that thinking, Relax our mind, Come back to our true nature of being, Then we realize that there is something new to be experienced. And then magic comes out because magic is the nature of our being, Not our thinking. Thinking is always limited. So, As you come back to your being, Transcend the ego, That abundance is experienced. And hence, Manifestation is the most simple practice. We have made it complicated too much. You know, We try to form our intentions, We try to visualize, We try to do affirmations and vision boards and whatnot. All those are wonderful if they are done consciously. But unfortunately, A lot of people do that very unconsciously and it is the ego that tries to do that. And we do that through our thinking mind. But if we just relax, You know, True manifestation is like, If I have to say how to manifest, I would say just chill, Just relax. If we just come back to our true being, Just come back to this moment and relax in our true nature. Become silent, Deeply silent and go within and relax in our true nature. We realize that that automatically flows. That is already our true nature. And hence, There is magic that can happen. Because magic is here, It's not here. It's more here than it is here. You know, If I have to give a physical reference to that, I would say magic is more in the heart rather than it is in the brain. The brain always feels limited. But the heart is magical, More magical. Because heart is more closer to the being. And so, As you come back to your heart, As you come back to your being, Magic is experienced. And then things happen. And this is what synchronicity is. Then things happen that you could have never imagined. In fact, You can only, Imagination is always limited. But then things happen that you could have never imagined, You know. And then we say that, Oh my God, Something happened to me that I could never imagine. You know, I experienced great love in my life. I experienced great prosperity in my life. I'm experiencing great joy in my life. I could have never imagined I could live my life this way. This is what synchronicity is. It is magic. And that can happen to anyone. If you believe it can happen to you, If you know it can happen to you, Then it will happen. Otherwise, It doesn't happen. The ego always is limited. So, That is what the essence of synchronicity is. Synchronicity means that things don't have to make sense. That we don't have to find cause for every effect. That there is an acausal connection. And when we come back to our nature of being, Synchronicities happen, Acausal connections happen, Magic happens, And abundance flows. And this is what raising the vibration is. This is what raising the vibration means. You are coming back to your own true nature of being. Our vibration is always limited when we are in the ego. But as we go back to our true nature of being, The vibration is realized. The high vibration is realized. The vibration rises. And the more higher your vibration, Higher is the abundance that we experience in life. So, This is what synchronicity, Raising your vibration means. Let's see what the comments are. Richard, I'm glad that you feel your vibration higher. Nick, Yes, Well said. The energy of magic is surrender. If we just surrender the control to existence and we stop controlling things too much from the ego, Then magic happens. It's like playing a musical instrument or singing. For those of you who are into music, Who are singing, Who are playing an instrument, You know that you are not creating the music. When I sing, I used to sing more, I sing less now, But I think I should get back more to singing. When I sing, I realize that I'm not creating the music. I'm just a channel. I'm just an instrument who is just creating that beautiful melody. The music is already flowing. I'm just using my voice to create that melody, That harmony. I'm not creating the music. This is what abundance is. Abundance just flows. It's a natural state of being. The ego is like the instrument which just plays that music, Plays that melody or that harmony. That's what the role of the ego is. But when the problem arises, When the ego thinks that I am creating the music, The ego thinks that I am the one who is creating the music. That's when the problem arises. What the ego has to realize that it is not creating the music. The music is the natural nature of being. It's just playing that music. So that is how abundance is. Which means that the ego is just a channel for the abundance to flow, For the universe to experience itself. We have to surrender. We have to realize I am not creating abundance. Abundance is flowing. I'm just allowing that abundance through this instrument of the ego, If that makes sense. Oh, That's interesting, Neti Neti, That your third eye chakra was active. Follow your bliss. Yes, The bliss is already here. Kate says, Could we look at things the other way too, That when something happens that makes the ego sad, For example, Losing someone we loved or thought a relationship would work, It's also synchronicity and not all the things that our ego tells us it's your fault. You shouldn't have said that. That's also the ego. Yes, So you know, That's what the use of healthy ego is or using ego as the instrument. There will be sadness. There will be times when there is sadness. There are emotions. But the only thing to realize in that is when I'm experiencing sadness, That this is not who I am. This is not what my nature is. This is not what my destiny is. It is just an experience that I'm having in the moment. It's just a temporary experience that I'm having. And this experience has a meaning in my life. It has some meaning in my life. Maybe the sadness is to bring me to greater joy. Maybe the sadness is here to open my heart. You know, You talked about relationships or breakups or something like that. For example, Rumi has a beautiful line on that. He said that, Break your heart until it opens. Such a simple and yet so powerful line. Break your heart until it opens. So we have to realize that we have to go through that heartbreak. We have to go through that sadness at times so that we can actually open up to our true nature. We have to sometimes go through that suffering of the ego or the sadness of the ego so that we can break the ego and realize our true nature. So yes, We don't have to resist that. But we have to see that that is not the true nature. Sadness is not the nature of the being. Sadness is the nature of the ego. You know, Fear, All these emotions of limitation, They are experience of the ego. And by seeing that, We see that this is just a temporary experience. But my true nature is of bliss, Is of joy, Is of abundance, Is of love. Kim, Welcome. Glad to have you here. It's your first time. I hope you're raising your vibration. What's the balance of surrendering to allow happen and taking actionable steps towards it? So yeah, That's a good question. You know, What is that balance between surrendering and taking action? So for that, There is this term in Taoism, Which is called Wu Wei. And, You know, That's what Charles and I, We are doing a retreat on. It's called Wu Wei Weekend, Which is happening in July. And Wu Wei means effortless action, Or action through inaction, Which means that we are acting without acting. And it's a paradox, Which means that as you, As you rest in your nature of being, Automatically that action comes out, Automatically you start doing things. And, You know, The best example I can think of is dance, For example, Because we understand dance well, And a dancer really understands that, You know, That when a dancer is dancing, That they are not creating the dance, They are not forcing. In fact, When we see that the dance is effortless, We really like that dance, Right? When we see that it is naturally happening. So it's as if the music is already flowing through the body, And the dancer is just moving along with the music, Right? You might notice that. But if I try to force dancing, It's not natural. It's not, It's not something which is, You know, Wu Wei, It's forcing, That's the ego trying to dance. But a true dancer has to let go of the ego, In which the dancer, Eventually the dancer and the dance become one, Right? And then you are just, It's as if you are not there anymore. Just the dances, Just the music is just flowing, And the body is like an instrument that is allowing that music. So that's, That's the action happening without taking action. That is Wu Wei, Action through inaction, Where you still are moving, Still you are dancing. But the dancer has disappeared, And only the dance remains, Right? It's automatic, It's just happening naturally. So that is what, That's how we take action. That is the balance between surrendering and action, That the action happens through surrendering. Just chill. Yeah, We need to chill more. You know, If we are becoming too stressed about manifestation, That is a problem. That is not manifestation. Avoid, I would say that, Avoid any ideas of manifestation that say that, You have to do this, You have to do that, Go for it, Go for it. That stressful energy, That is not true manifestation. True manifestation is more about chilling, Actually, Relaxing in your nature of being. In fact, It's not about controlling, It's about letting go of control as much as you can, And allowing things to happen. Yes, That's right, Nick. I think when the ego is sad, It's the balance, And allowing it will happen as integrate us as a whole and find our journey back to love and flow. Yes, That's true. Yes, Deb, That's right. Wholeness and oneness and bliss are already here. Yes, Wonderful. So, You know, Let's, Let's now explore the idea of that how manifestation can happen, How we can, You know, How does this look practically, What do we do or not do to actually experience this abundance in our life, Experience this joy, Experience synchronicities in our life. Let's talk about synchronicity more. Let's talk about raising our vibration more. There is a natural flow to existence, And I call this cyclic manifestation. Cyclic, There is another, There is a manifestation that we have to understand, Which the ancient traditions understood, The Egyptian tradition understood this type of manifestation. I'm always interested in ancient stuff, Because I realized that the ancients were much more, You know, In that sense, Much more smarter than us. So, I'm always interested in ancient stuff. That they actually understood the true nature of existence. They actually understood the true nature of being. They understood what manifestation is. And that's why the Egyptians, They experienced great abundance. That's why all these civilizations, The Mayans, The Hindus in the, You know, In the ancient past, They experienced so much abundance. That's why we read their stories of abundance and magic and all those Greek gods and, You know, All those civilizations, Atlantis and all those things that we experienced. I believe that they had a better understanding than us about manifestation. Because today's society, The modern society is very limited in our manifestation understanding. They are, We are very limited because we always, We are very, You know, Cooperative in our manifestation. We are very material in our manifestation practices. Have you seen that? If you go on the internet today, You see that, You know, Let's do this. It's all about, You know, The self-development industry. Or do this, You know, Manifest your first million dollars and manifest those 10 million dollars and manifest this great life and great partner and great family and great house and all these things. Can you see that how this reflects our egoistic, Materialistic society today? All these manifestation ideas, Right? We have to be very careful of that. And that's why I was doing all that at some point of time. But I realized that this is not resonating with me anymore. And I need to go deeper. So, You know, I studied ancient manifestation practices. Some of you have done workshops with me on Egyptian manifestation, On other ancient traditions, Where we explore the ancient manifestation practices. And what I found out was that the ancients were much smarter than us when it came to manifestation. And one of the very core aspects of that is called cyclic manifestation. I'll talk about cyclic manifestation now. Cyclic manifestation is the idea that existence happens in cycles. There is a rhythm. This is also, You know, For those of you who studied the Hermetic teachings with me, Sometimes I do sessions on Hermetic, The Hermetic tradition. And in that there is a principle of rhythm, That everything happens in rhythm, Everything happens in cycles. The way nature has different cycles, Right? We have winter, We have summer, We have spring, We have fall, Autumn. And the way nature has cycles, Our life also has cycles. And in fact, The Hindus went beyond this, And they said that there are cycles to civilizations, They called it the yugas, You know, And the different yugas, The Kali Yuga, The Dwapara Yuga, The Treta Yuga, The Satya Yuga. These are like the four yugas. And the Kali Yuga being, And it's like a cycle, And they repeat themselves. And so the Kali Yuga being the lowest consciousness and the Satya Yuga being the highest consciousness, Right? So similarly, We have, Our life has cycles. Not all the time we are supposed to experience, You know, All this prosperity or all this. There are different cycles to our life. It's so important to identify what cycle of life I am in right now. For example, If your cycle of life is bringing you to more inner work right now, And if it is not, You know, If it is not about right now, You going outside and, You know, Rising up the corporate ladder and becoming famous or having a lot of money or having a lot of relationships, That might not be for you right now. That might not be your season right now. Your season right now might be inner work. I'm just taking an example, Or maybe your season is to go out, Right? But your season is inner work. Your season is maybe right now to go within, Maybe it is the winter of your life, Right? Or maybe it is the spring when rebirth is happening. Or maybe it is the summer when you are being more active and you are going out and you are doing things more, Right? So, Or it is the fall right now, Maybe transitions are happening, Maybe old relationships are going away and new relationships are forming, Or maybe a relationship to yourself is forming. So, These are different cycles. The question is, What cycle are you in? That is so important to realize and to ask ourselves. And accordingly, We manifest. Accordingly, We do things or align our actions that help us. If we are resisting, If we are going against the current of the river, That is a problem. For example, If my life is asking me to take care of my emotions right now, Go within, Do some deep inner healing work, But I'm trying to go outside more. I'm not saying that we have to stop all activities. We still have to, You know, We all have to earn, We all have to do things on the outside, Take care of our families, Be with our families. But maybe I can create more time and space now to go within. Maybe I can stop fighting this, Right? Maybe my emotions are telling me, Come back, Let's heal. Let's come back to our true nature of being. And that is the season. So, I will tell you what those four seasons are and how they look. And I want you to tell me, What season are you in? This is a great practice. This is great. This is a great realization, Because this realization will help us align our lives and it will lead to less resistance. It will lead to more flow in our lives. So, Now let's talk about the four seasons of life. The winter of your life is when you, Or let's start with the autumn or fall. The fall is when you know that things are not now, Old things are not working, Old things have to be let go of, Right? This is the season when the trees, All the leaves fall off, Right? In the fall, Which means that the old self is falling off and a rebirth has to happen. So, First I have to let go of the old self. First I have to, And this is the time when you gradually start moving into solitude. This is the time when you start going in your own inward journey, Right? When you know that you have to draw boundaries now in relationships. Maybe you know that you have to now work less gradually. So, Now you are coming to that phase. Then comes the winter, And this is the deep phase of when you face that inner emotions. And this might lead to sadness, As someone was saying. This might lead to a lot of fear, A lot of sadness, And that's okay. That's a part of life. That's phase. And you're doing that deep inner healing work. Emotions are deep. You are crying. That is the winter of your life. You know, The trees are covered with snow, Right? And that is the trees are also going within. And that is the winter of your life. And you're going within. You are in your solitude. You are working. You are doing that deep inner healing work. You are reading. You are meditating. Yes, You are healing those emotions. Deep catharsis is happening. But then comes the spring of your life, And that is the rebirth, Right? Now you are being born again. Now something new is arising in you. A new self. A new being. Now you have started feeling good. The bliss is arising again. Now you have started realizing that it's time for you to go out. Gradually, Gradually. Not fully yet. Gradually. Now you start connecting. Gradually, Gradually. Now you start smelling the cherry blossoms, Right? The flowers are coming back on the trees. And then it's summer, Which is the full, Full-on outer, Usually, Time. The action time. When you are connecting deeply, You're socializing, Connecting with others, Sharing great relationships. You are, You know, You are actually now putting a lot of energy in your work. Your work is flourishing, Right? You are doing other things. You are maybe more active. You are traveling more at this time. So this is the, This is, This is the more action season of the summer. So now that you know about this cyclic manifestation in the four seasons, I want to ask you, I want to know from you, And this is almost like a coaching session we are having, Because this realization will lead to great flow in your life. It will help you surrender more, Leave the resistance, And be more aligned with the Tao, With the natural flow that is happening in your life. So what season are you in right now? What season are you in? For me, Yeah, I think for a lot of people it's the spring, Because, You know, A lot of times the outer seasons align with the inner season. So for me also it is spring, But for someone it might be winter. That's okay. For someone it might be summer, Or it might be fall, And that's okay. It's more about the inner season, Not the outer season. What is your inner season right now? So let's see. A lot of people in spring. Jim, Jas, Alison, But some people are also in winter. Jules, Luciana, Winter, Mary, Winter. Yes, And then that's absolutely okay. Rovina says, I feel between winter and spring. Bari, Swedish spring, Nice. Spring after a long hibernation, Vicky. And thank you for being here. Yeah, Summer is closest. Wonderful. Yeah, For a lot of us, We align, You know, It aligns with the outer seasons, But even if it doesn't, That's okay. And this is about phase of our life. So, You know, It's more about like looking at it in a broader sense, That what phase of life I am in right now. It might be the spring of my life, You know, Or it might be the winter of my life. Great. Jules, How long each season can last? Yeah, So that's a good question. It all depends upon the energy, There is no fixed, There is no fixed thing to that. It depends upon how, You know, How much work is, For example, Let's say, If I'm in winter, And that inner work is required, It will depend upon how much, You know, How much of that inner work is required, Or how much work is there inner work to be done, Or healing, Or transformation, Or meditation, For you to come back to, For in some cases, If, For example, The, If the, If the trauma is more, Then it takes a long time. But if it is not that much, Then it takes lesser time. So it depends upon what, You know, What your experience is. But I would say, You know, Somehow, Sometimes it also aligns with the seasons. So sometimes a lot of people actually in winter, They go within, They do that inner healing work, And then spring comes and they start going out. So sometimes it also actually aligns with the months, Those months align with the seasons on the outside as well. Or sometimes it's longer for someone, It might be for years, You are experiencing winter, Right? For years, You are experiencing joy, Maybe summer. So that is, Yeah, It's, It's quite subjective, But kind of also aligns with the seasons on the outside. Alison says my winter lasted years. Yeah, That happens. Absolutely. There was a time in my life when my winter lasted for years. So that happens. Right. So, So when once we thank you for sharing that, And thank you for realizing that now, The question I need to ask myself, If this is what the season of my life is, How what is the alignment here? What is the synchronicity here? What is my intuition telling me to do and this comes brings us to our intuition, It is our intuition that guides us into the synchronicity that guides us into our life. It cannot happen through the mind, It can happen only through the intuition. What is my deeper soul telling me to do? I align myself with that I listen to that. How do I listen to that I listen to that by turning inward, By going into deep meditation, By spending time sometime in solitude, By being in nature, By listening to myself. Right? There is a saying that when the mind is silent, The soul speaks, We have to allow the soul to speak. And that's how I align myself with this manifestation. I have to let go of all those ideas of the ego ask, Let's let's do a reality check here. What of what all my manifestation ideas or manifestation, You know, Needs or desires are coming from the ego versus coming from a deeper intuition, A deeper alignment, The ego, If I'm thinking a lot, It signifies that my ego is very active, Right? If I'm thinking too much, If I'm thinking I need this or I need that if I'm feeling limited, The the this is a lag based manifestation. This is not an abundance based manifestation. A good sign to identify a good way to identify what is a lag based manifestation and what is abundance based manifestation is to see that am I thinking about this too much, Right? If I'm constantly thinking about, For example, Let's say a person, And I think that you know, I'm, I'm infatuated to this person, I'm constantly thinking about this person. And I if I believe that if the only if this person comes into my life, Then I will be happy. This is a lag based thinking. This is not true intuition. Because true intuition never feel makes you feel limited. It will make you feel abundant. So if I'm thinking a lot, If I'm constantly thinking about this person, That is not intuition. That is the ego desiring something. If I'm constantly worrying and thinking about how can I have more money constantly stressing myself. This is not the intuition. This is just the ego, Again feeling limited. But when does intuition arise? When you relax, When you chill, When you get back to your own true nature, You take a deep breath. And you come back to yourself. And you relax in this moment. When you become conscious when you meditate more, And you spend more time in nature, Right? You're going with you are connecting to yourself and then that inner voice speaks to you. That knowing comes. It's a knowing it's not even a speaking. It's not thinking it's a knowing there's a difference between thinking and knowing. Right? I might be thinking that I need this or I need that. But I just know that I'm fine. I'm already it's already here. I just know sometimes and you know, You can feel that difference, Right? And this thing thinking and knowing can be actually identified by by realizing that it is a is it a fear based thought or is it an abundance based experience? Fear based thinking says you can notice the limitation in those statements. You know, The fear based thinking says, If I don't get this person, I will not be happy. If I do if I don't make money by the end of this month, I will suffer these this can you can you notice the lack in these statements? These are just thoughts of the ego. Right? It says that if I don't get this, There is always a negative there's always a you know, Limitation in that. But what is an abundance based knowing and abundance based knowing is when you come back to your own true nature of being and you just know that love is flowing in your life. And you just know that abundance is flowing in your life, You can sense it, You can feel it. You don't have to be egoic about it. Right? We don't have to, Like, Talk about it much talking becomes a problem. Because talking is usually of the ego, The ego tries to justify itself by by talking. But in silence, You are just knowing it, You are even not maybe talking about it too much. You are just knowing it, You just know this season is coming into your life, That your summer is coming now that your spring is coming now your summer is coming now. And it's bringing that abundance into your life, You just know it, You just flow with it, You allow you align yourself, You allow it to happen. You just know it or maybe you know that winter is coming and that's okay, Too. And you allow yourself to go through that. But there is a deep inner knowing your inner knowing just know that when you become silent when the ego is silent. And in that deep knowing, You just know, You just know then, Right? Sometimes, The knowing is beautiful. The knowing is yes, Something new is arriving something that may be a new relationship or a new experience or travel or abundance or prosperity or money or all these things. But sometimes it's also a knowing in which you know that okay, Something is coming to an end, You just know that a relationship is coming to an end. For example, You just know deep down, But the ego tries to resist that as well. Right? You just know maybe right now it's time for you to go inward. Maybe you're not supposed to earn a lot of money right now. Maybe it's it's it's okay, You can be a minimalist and you just know that. But the ego tries to resist that no, No, No, I want this person I want this this much money and all that. So we have to we have to quieten the ego we have to silence the ego again coming back to the same point that it is about becoming silent. True manifestation happens in silence. True manifestation happens in silence, Deep in silence as you become more silent within things just happen. Things just flow through you. You have the ego is not trying to control now. The higher self has taken over the universe has taken over. There's a, You know, There is this idea that I'm forgetting the exact quote, But I think it was by Albert Einstein, He said something that, You know, The, The intuition is a great master, Whereas the mind is a servant, But the problem with society is that it has made mind the master and the intuition the servant, Which means that I'm not I'm rephrasing him definitely. It's not the precise quote, But that is what the central idea is. What he's saying is that we try to make the ego the master, The ego tries to control life. Rather, We have to see that it is not me, The ego that is controlling the life. I, The ego is the servant, Whereas the master is the universe, Right? There is something higher. There is something I'm just pointing upward, But it's not really upward. It's everywhere. You know, It's it's in in in the being actually there is something higher. That is, That is guiding my life. I have to listen. I have to be silent. So that listening can only happen in silence. So I have to listen what that higher self is trying to tell me, Right? I have to listen what the intuition is trying to tell me. I have to be quiet. The ego wants to talk a lot, But when I when I become silent, When I become quiet, I listen and then I know because I listen from deep within and things happen and things just flow and I align myself. So then the ego becomes the servant and the master is the Tao or the higher self or the universe or God, Whatever you want to call that. These are just labels. So am I making the ego the master or I'm making or am I letting the Tao, The higher self be the master? When the ego is the master, We always feel limited because the ego is limited. Ego means limitation. Ego is this limited being who can only have a limited perspective, Right? It's like we are seeing things from a very limited perspective from this body level. But when we surrender the ego and we make the higher self the master, We expand into a broader view of the universe, Of the broader view of eternity. We become eternal and infinite and we see things from a very broader perspective. And then you don't worry about suffering because then you know that suffering comes into your life for a reason, For your evolution, For the evolution, Right? And you embrace that suffering, You embrace that sadness, You embrace the winter, You are more mature now, You are not resisting that. So that is what this is, That is what how manifestation happens. Let's see what the comments are. And then there is one last concept that I want to talk about, Which is an ancient concept, But it is now also found in quantum physics, Which is timeless manifestation. What is timeless manifestation? We'll talk about that again in ancient Egyptian concept, Even a shamanic concept, Even a Mayan concept, A Hindu concept, All ancient traditions talked about this, Eternity. And what is that timeless manifestation and how we can apply that and how it's a powerful practice. So we'll talk about that, But let's see what the comments are. Does it mean you weren't really aligned and ready for spring? Yeah. Yeah. So sometimes we have to, You know, We, Because the spring, If we just go with the flow, The spring will come in, In its own time, That inner spring. Right. So yeah, Yeah. It may be the winter is longer and the more we, In fact, The more we stay in that winter, The more joyfully we experience the spring and the summer. Isn't it? When, If, If the, You know, I, I still remember back in India, For example, And I think you are from India, So you will understand this, That in India, The winter used to be, I'm from, I am from Delhi and in Delhi, Winters were only for like three months or something. And for three, But, And when the summer came, The spring came, There was not that much joy because the winter was only three months. Now I'm in Canada and here winter is six months. And when spring comes, It's so much joy, Right? It's this, This time right now, It's so joyful because we, The winter was longer. So the longer the winter, The more joyful your, Your spring is, Your summer is, Which means that the deeper the suffering, The greater the joy that you experience, The bliss that you experience. So yeah, Sometimes it's okay to have that winter longer because then the joy that you experience after that is, Is immense. It's amazing. Wonderful. I'm trying to catch hold of comments. That's, That's how society, Unfortunately is, You know, All the corporates, Especially all this capitalism, Uh, It's making us feel more and more limited. The advertisements, The media is designed in a way to make us feel limited. And that's why I say that abundance is not about getting things. We have forgotten the ancient art of manifestation. Today's manifestation is about getting, Most manifestation practices on the internet are about, You know, All those getting things from the outside, Do this, Do that, Get your million dollars and all that. This is exactly the opposite of what manifestation meant or abundance meant to the ancients. What, What, What we have to realize that we already are abundant. That, That is our true nature. In fact, All these ideas that we have to do this and get this from the outside, This is actually creating more limitation because obviously if I, If I think that I have to get things from the outside more and more is because I'm feeling limited because I don't feel those things in myself. I don't feel that abundance, Love, Joy within myself. Right? So the more we need, The more we desire, The less actually we are abundant. That's a paradox. The more you come back to your own true nature, The more abundance is that is true manifestation to come back to your own true nature rather than, You know, Trying to get things from the outside. Actually. Mary asks, What's the difference between the dark night of the soul and fall winter season? The dark night of the soul is a more broader, More broader in the sense that, Although they can mean the same thing, But it is, It is more broader phrase in the sense that the dark night of the soul is more about like the spiritual, Your spiritual journey, Or, You know, Your journey in which at some point of time, You feel that you're not moving forward. You feel stuck. You feel as if you feel a loss of loss of purpose or loss of meaning. It's more of that deeper crisis that one experiences. Whereas, You know, And this, This usually happens a few times in lifetime, But the fall winter season is something we experience regularly, The winter season, Right? Almost every year, There is a time in our life, For example, When we experience emotions coming up when we know that we need to go within, Right? So the dark night of the soul is a broader crisis, Whereas this winter season is something we experience usually regularly. Well, That's wonderful, Jenna, That you were in India. Awesome. And this is very deeply related to the idea of synchronicity, Because synchronicity is timeless. Because it is acausal, Right? I said it is synchronicity means acausal, Meaningful connection, Which means there is no cause and effect, Everything happens without any reason. And it happens due to a deep meaning. For example, I gave the example that if two people are experiencing deep love, And they are in love, It's not necessary that one person is causing the love of the other. But there is a deep meaning to it, You are supposed to meet at this point in your life. And that's why you are experiencing love. So now what is this then concept of Timeless Manifestation? Timeless Manifestation means that we come back to our own true eternal nature. The soul is eternal, The ego lives in time, Because time is a construct, Time can only be experienced through thought, Right? What we call the past, Future, Present, These are thoughts, This is language. They are based on memories. In fact, From the ego level, If you try to create the future from the ego level, That is, We are just actually repeating the past, Because thinking is always based in past. Ego is always based in karma in past. And that's why we always usually create a limited future as well, Because our future is just a projection of the past. But true manifestation, What the ancients realized is eternal, Which means that you transcend the ego, You come back to your own true nature, Which is the timeless self, Which is the eternal self. And when you come back to that true nature, Then manifestation becomes really powerful, Because then manifestation actually can even become instant. Now, We have to understand that, You know, Why does it happen, For example, That you are thinking you want something, And that thing doesn't happen instantaneously, It takes a lot of time. You know, For example, You're thinking about, Let's say buying a house, Or you, You know, I'm just taking one example here. And it's when you think of buying a house, It usually takes time, Maybe one year, Two years for that house to appear. That's because we are living in the dimension of the ego. This is the ego's dimension is the dimension of time, It always takes time. You know, Before you think about something and that thing happening, There's a time gap in that, And that is useful, Because if things were happening instantaneously, There will always be chaos, Because our thinking is always chaotic, Human beings have a very chaotic thinking mind, Then people will be thinking about, You know, Elephants dropping from the sky, And then boom, You know, We all are gone, Or you know, Asteroids falling or bombs going off and all those things, This chaotic mind will create chaos. So that's why we have a time gap, Which is very useful. That okay, You think about something, It takes time for it to come into reality, And come into manifestation. And that's why it takes time for us to manifest things. But the ancients, Especially the Egyptians, They understood a very important secret. And the secret is that if you transcend time, Manifestation will become instant. Right? As you and that happens, Because and that happens when you go into deep into your soul, You are entering eternity, You have transcended time. And suddenly, You are in an eternal space, And whatever you think, Instantly manifests. I love to read about near death experiences. For example, In near death experiences, What happens? People talk, They say that, You know, I, Someone who has experienced near death experience, They say that I was thinking about something in that state, In that body less state. And suddenly it happened. Suddenly it happens in front of me. For example, In in dying to be me, Anita Moorjani talks about this experience, That when she had that near death experience, She was thinking about her brother, Because and suddenly her consciousness, You know, Her brother appeared in front of her, Her consciousness as if was transported to this aeroplane that her brother was flying in because her brother was coming for her funeral. And she and that instantly happens. So in this state, Many things are manifested instantaneously. So the Egyptians realized that and they they transcended that time they connected to their eternal nature, And they were able to manifest things instantaneously. This is what is known as telekinesis. Right? That's why we don't understand even today, How did these Egyptians, Who are by the mainstream archaeology considered or the mainstream history, Considered to be these primitive people? How did they create such magical things? How did they create the pyramids? Right? How did they create? We don't, We still don't understand that. How did they create all these beautiful, Mesmerizing temples and hieroglyphs? They had, They had an access to a deeper secret, That you can manifest things instantaneously. That magical manifestation is absolutely possible. And, And as you enter that dimension of timelessness and eternity, You transcend time. And now because you have transcended time, Whatever you think of is instantaneously manifested. That is one understanding of timeless manifestation. But there is another understanding of timeless manifestation, That we don't have to force things, That things happen in their own time. Right? Again, Coming back, That also relates to the concept of cyclic manifestation. That everything has its own time, That don't worry about forcing things. Just go with the flow, Keep doing that inner work. Keep, You know, Keep becoming whole, Keep coming back to your being. And everyone will experience abundance, Prosperity. Everyone will experience joy, Love. That is what we, Our nature is for human beings. So, We, We, There is a, There is a time for everything, Right? There is a time for everything. So, Come back to your true nature. Just relax, Just as Natty Natty says, Just chill. And, You know, Come back to your own being and let things happen. Everything will happen in its own time. And that's what this, You know, Cyclic manifestation and timeless manifestation is. So, And that's what synchronicity is. NGS can manifestation be used in a bad way, Like curses? Yeah. And again, That is manifesting from the ego, Right? When people do curses or all these things, Black magic, That, That is just the ego, Because the ego feels separate from the other. And that's why it wants to harm, Harm the other. So, Yeah, That can happen. But that is a very limited manifestation. And actually, The person who does that, They are actually in the long run harming themselves, Because what goes around comes around. Arlene is manifesting something of the Tao. Yes, Exactly. That is the whole central idea of this session, That there is a natural manifestation happening in your life, That the universe, Your higher self has plans for you.
