Angelic Light Transmission: Releasing Anxiety And Stress

Welcome to this angelic light transmission,

Releasing anxiety and stress and open body open mind,

Focusing on your cycle of breath.

With this focus coming to the present moment,

Releasing concerns of past and future,

The in-breath,

The invitation of light into the physical body,

Into the bones,

Blood,

Cells,

Organs,

Infusing light into your physical body,

The out-breath,

The release and purging of any lower energies that can be released now from your physical body back to the universe,

Back to the light.

Allowing more space for your own soul's light in the physical body and following that cycle of breath,

The invitation of light now into the emotional body,

A fluid field of energy that surrounds and penetrates the physical body.

Anywhere you are holding stagnant emotional energies,

Crystallised emotional energies or energies that do not belong to you,

On the out-breath purge and release,

Send them back to the light,

Back to the universe.

Allow more space for your own soul's light in the emotional body and following that cycle of breath.
