Durga is a form of divine power,

The Shakti.

Durga is the confluence of the power,

Beauty and intelligence of Maha Lakshmi,

Maha Saraswati and Maha Kali.

Durga is the savior of the needy and the destroyer of destructors.

She is the mother of the entire universe as well as the slayer of all evil.

She is known by 108 different names according to the quality she possesses.

Recite with me these 108 names from the Durga Strotum.

One who does this finds nothing impossible in any world.

They receive benefits like wealth,

Luxury,

Offspring and lineage.

The four things,
