Welcome to this Blue Star Yoga Nidra practice.
Start by making yourself comfortable.
You're welcome to do this practice lying down,
Sitting up,
Or reclining.
Just take a moment to find what it is that will make you most comfortable today.
Once you've found a comfortable position,
You can start to anchor your attention into the present moment.
You can do so by noticing your body.
Noticing what it feels like to be in your body today.
Noticing if there are any sensations present.
Noticing your breath,
What it's like today,
And then observing the thoughts in your mind.
Just letting them pass through without clinging to them.
The Blue Star Yoga Nidra practice is a way to bring our mind into the state of Yoga Nidra,
Which is a state of calm,
Relaxation,
And alertness.
In this practice,
All we do is follow with our awareness from one point to the next.
If you have a visual mind,
You can visualize a blue-white star letting the light of the star radiate through that area.
If you don't have a visual mind,
You can just bring your attention to that location.
Some people might notice a vibration or a felt sense.
However it comes to you,
Embrace it.
We begin in the eyebrow center,
The space behind the forehead just above the physical eyebrows.
And again,
We're just letting the awareness move from point to point.

Expand your awareness to include the whole of your subtle body.
The 61 blue stars.
Allowing that light to fill up the whole space through the chakras and the joints.
The tips of the fingers and toes.
Now bring your awareness to the eyebrow center and breathe three times there.
As if you were breathing in and out through the eyebrow center.
Gently shift your awareness to your throat center.
Breathing deeply three times there.
Now move your awareness to the heart center and continue breathing there.
As you rest in the heart,
Let the light of your heart,
Its vibration or felt sense,
Radiate out together with all of the other blue stars.
Bring your awareness back to the whole of your body.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
