Being Present

Taking the time to sit and be present in the moment. Allowing ourselves to be still and just be. Being an observer of your thoughts with no judgment. Allowing them to float like clouds passing by. Returning to your breath or the sound vibrations. Allow it to relax and soothe your soul as you listen.
