Welcome to this meditation inviting you to connect to the love of the Trinity.
Settling into your space and becoming comfortable,
Let your body rest and sink,
Releasing tension and softening where possible.
Gently bring your attention to the very center of your being.
Imagine a light pulsing in that place.
Here is divine love,
Moving,
Radiating,
Enfolding,
Pulsing.
Let yourself move towards this pulsing light.
Feel its warmth,
Feel its comfort,
Know its goodness.
Let yourself be here,
Here in union with the Trinity.
In this pulsing light is the great mama of God,
The gentle spirit,
The beloved Jesus.
Here are the Trinity,
Dancing,
Pouring out love in an endless circle,
One to the other,
To the other,
To the other.
The father mother pours to the son Jesus,
Pours to the Holy Spirit.
And here are you too,
Embraced into their divine,
Ceaseless outpouring.
Know yourself poured into from their love.
This three becoming four in one beloved union,
Not knowing where you begin and they end.
You are here right now in this Trinitarian gift of endless love.
You are always here.
Open your heart,
Open your mind,
Open your body to receive the outpoured love of the Trinity.
You are hidden and held and enfolded in this divine love.
Receive,
Be drenched in the outpouring.
This is the very essence of you.
