Transcript

Take a deep breath in and exhale,

Release,

The day is over.

Another deep breath in and exhale,

And the last deep breath in and release,

You are here and now.

Start observing your mind and if it still wants to wonder,

If it still feels like this is the perfect time to come back to a to-do list or review what you can do tomorrow,

Just let it do it,

Just let your mind wonder for a moment,

Just allow it to go wherever it needs to go and review whatever it needs to review and notice how when you are allowing the mind to wonder,

It is starting to gently,

Gently release on its own and as it is releasing,

Just focusing on your breath,

And when you inhale,

Feel fresh oxygen filling up your whole body and as you exhale,

Feel that this oxygen is collecting everything that you don't need anymore,

That doesn't serve you anymore and releasing everything with a breath out.

Take a couple of breaths like that,

Allowing yourself to feel how this oxygen,

This prana is clearing your body and preparing you for sleep,

Preparing you to enter another reality and now see this beautiful divine liquid light,

Starting to gently go down,

Go down your head,

Relaxing your head and even the skin on your head and see it going down everywhere,

Relaxing your forehead,

Your eyebrows,

Your nose,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw and even inside of your mouth,

Feel your tongue becoming soft and warm,

Let your eyelids get heavier,

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Let this liquid light sink even further,

Relaxing your neck and shoulders,

Allow your shoulders to lower away from your ears,

Your neck to stretch and relax.

Feel how this liquid light is releasing the spine from any tensions and it is warming every single vertebra and bringing relaxation into it.

Now feel your arms getting heavier as well and feel them soften.

With each breath,

Feel how this liquid warm light is relaxing every single tension inside of your body.

Now bring your attention to the chest area and that beautiful gentle heartbeat in your heart and feel how this liquid light is also relaxing your heart even deeper and letting it release tensions from the day,

Letting it sink deeper into relaxation and into its natural state and soak,

Soak in this love,

In this peace and gratitude.

Now feel this liquid light going down your stomach and softening and releasing every single muscle in your stomach.

Feel the warmth simultaneously going through your back and feel all the muscles softening in your back.

Allow all the muscles to release deeper into your comfortable sleeping position.

Allow this beautiful liquid light to keep traveling down your hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

Your ankles,

Your feet and toes.

Feel how your legs are softening,

Releasing and this warmth is allowing all the tensions to simply melt away.

Now feel that as you will be sleeping,

Every single cell of your body will be healing,

Regenerating,

Restoring itself and your soul will be recharging and getting the insights that are needed in your life to thrive,

To create,

To heal.

Feel the relaxation and this gentleness all over your physical body.

She deserves to rest.

She has given you everything she has today.

Even though there might have been discomfort,

Challenges,

She was present with you.

She was there for you and she is ready to surrender to the emptiness.

And get the rest that she deserves so that tomorrow she can be even more of service to you.

So as you are breathing,

Feel this gentle and sincere gratitude to your body,

To this beautiful body that has been carrying you through your life and through this day.

That is allowing you to realize yourself and to experience this life on planet Earth.

Know that this day is now over and tomorrow will be a completely new day as you will close your eyes today.

The old stories,

The old you will stay in the past and as you will open your eyes tomorrow,

It will be a new you.

Allow yourself to get to know that new you and the miracles and magic that she is carrying.

Now let it go.

It's time to surrender to the process.
