There's an old saying,
You are the company you keep.
Sometimes we keep company that aren't supportive or nurturing to our highest good.
When you're ready,
You'll see who that company is,
And you'll say goodbye for the love of you.
Upon saying goodbye,
You can do so with love in your heart.
Love in your heart for you,
Because in saying goodbye,
You're saying hello to a newfound love for you.
It's time to let go,
Detach and cut ties,
So hear and feel these words as your own.
I release you from the company I keep now,
For I no longer stand for what you stand for.
I stand on my own,
To hinder who I truly am and where I want to be.
I release you and tear up any and all spiritual contracts and agreements.
I release you with love as I step into what I own,
All ties and energies and that which no longer serves me.
I release you,
Here and now.
We go no further,
Because I realize keeping your company keeps me from being me and who I truly am and want to be.
I appreciate the lessons I have learned from our experiences together.
I appreciate why and when you came into my life.
I choose the company I keep.
I choose not to house the company you keep.
I say goodbye.
I let you go now,
And I embrace my courage,
My strength,
And the love for myself to finally let you go.
I choose me.
I choose company that nurtures my being and allows me to flourish.
I choose me.
I love me,
And I only attract that which serves my greatest good,
From this moment forward.
I affirm it so right now,
And so it is.
