It's very classic to wonder.
If what we chose was totally wrong.
I see that as impossible though.
I see it as impossible in such a way that it couldn't be any other way.
And we tell stories about all the other ways.
Which we use to beat ourselves up.
Yeah,
It's funny,
You know,
As human beings,
We think we're making all of these decisions.
And my goodness,
It could lead towards.
A discourse on.
This person we think we are that's separate from everything.
Navigating a life of all of these choices.
When that person that we think is doing that is a person that doesn't really exist.
And so we're just telling a bunch of beautifully human stories.
And underneath all of those stories,
In some ways,
An invitation to just give it all to God.
It's so funny how we tell these stories about decisions that we've made as if it wasn't life that made them.
And then we beat ourselves up over it.
But good luck getting the world to see that.
I mean,
The world will blame you.
The world will tell you that you did it wrong.
But the world doesn't really see you.
The world sees a projection of itself.
So you let the world think whatever they think.
