4 Rounds Of 40 TT-DMT Breathing Session

We're gonna do four rounds of TT DMT breathing.

The first three rounds TT energy,

The last round TT calm.

I will just guide you through the process.

First practicalities.

You cannot join this breathing if you're driving a car or when you're in the water,

Simply because there is a chance of passing out.

If you want to be sure to be safe,

Please lie down.

If you're highly epileptic or pregnant,

It's also better not to join.

Please slow down your breathing.

We're going to breathe in for about three minutes,

Which is about 40 times.

First slow down your breathing to the max.

Checking with how you feel.

Slow it down.

Taking one more deep breath.

Fill up your belly,

Then your chest and breathe out as slow as you can.

Now let's start.

Start breathing deeper.

Nose in,

Mouth out.

Fill up your belly,

Then your chest.

Keep on breathing.

Keep on breathing in that same rhythm.

The focus is on the breath in,

Breath out.

Let it go.

Blow it out.

It doesn't matter how you do that.

Keep on breathing in deep and let it go in your breath out.

Halfway.

Ah Keep on breathing.

Almost there.

It's normal to become dizzy or to feel tingling sensations.

We're going to take five more breaths and they will be extra deep.

Breathe out fully as well.

Breathe deep in and empty completely.

Breathe 100% out.

Now breathe in and hold.

Squeeze your pelvic floor,

Your lower belly,

Your hands.

Keep your shoulders low.

Push the blood to the brain.

Roll your tongue up and focus on the center of your brain.

Empty brain.

Take an extra sip and squeeze the center of the brain.

Empty your mind.

Another 10 seconds.

And then release the muscles and breathe out long and slow.

I'm gonna start the next round in 10 seconds.

Here we go.

Breathe deep.

Breathe out.

Keep on breathing in the same pace.

If you feel it is a little bit too intense you can maybe breathe a little bit slower than this pace.

If you want to feel more however you can breathe faster but you always breathe deep.

Halfway.

Keep it going.

Ah Last five breaths.

Let's make them even more conscious and deeper and breathe fully out.

Extra deep.

Empty completely.

Breathe everything out.

Inhale,

Squeeze.

Squeeze pelvic floor,

Lower belly,

Hands,

Send the blood through the brain.

Keep your shoulders low,

Roll your tongue up,

Focus on the center of your brain.

Now,

Keep your eyelids closed but roll your eyes to your inner forehead.

Take an extra sip.

Focus on the center of your brain.

Empty brain,

Produce more ginty now.

Take an extra sip if you want and keep on squeezing.

Letting go in ten seconds.

Breathe out.

Relax.

Open your hands.

In ten seconds we're starting round number three.

Here we go.

Breathe deep.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Keep on breathing in at the same pace.

80% in,

80% out is good enough.

You don't want to move your shoulders when you're breathing deep.

And when you breathe 80% in,

80% out,

You can speed it up a little bit.

Alright,

Halfway.

Let's speed it up a little bit.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Five more.

Breathe in a bit slower and breathe in fully as the most beautiful breath that you've ever taken.

Five times.

Fully out.

Empty completely.

In extra deep.

Everything out.

In,

Hold,

Squeeze.

Squeeze pelvic floor,

Lower belly,

Shoulders low.

Use your hands.

Roll your tongue up.

Focus on the center of your brain.

Now roll your eyes up and take an extra sip.

Center brain.

Empty brain.

Produce more DMT now.

Extra sip.

Keep on squeezing.

Another 10 seconds.

Give it that last squeeze.

And relax the muscles.

Breathe out.

Let it go.

With a sigh.

Whatever you feel like.

Starting the last round in 10 seconds.

Breathe deep.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Alright,

Let's speed it up a little bit.

Here we go.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Last five.

Extra deep and a bit slower and breathe beautiful.

And everything out.

Extra deep and breathe 100% out.

Empty completely.

In,

Hold,

Squeeze.

Use your butt muscle,

Lower belly,

Shoulders are low.

Use your hands.

Roll your tongue up.

Focus on the center of your brain while you roll your eyes to your inner forehead.

Extra sip.

Focus on the center of your brain.

Empty brain.

Produce more DMT now.

Take an extra sip.

Keep on squeezing.

Another 10 seconds and then we're going to breathe out and hold our breath.

Let go.

Breathe out.

Hold after breathing out.

Stop breathing out wherever it feels right.

Hold your breath.

Two minute mark.

In 30 seconds,

Three minute mark,

We're going to breathe in and hold our breath.

In about 10 seconds we're going to breathe in,

Hold,

Squeeze again.

Pause this audio if you're still holding your breath.

In five.

Breathe in,

Hold,

Squeeze.

Focus on the center of your brain.

Empty brain.

Produce more DMT now.

Another 10 seconds.

And then first relax the muscles and breathe out.

Let it go.

Everything out,

Out,

Out.

And now,

Feel.

Let it go.

Let it go.
