You know I've been recently thinking about sharing inspiration.
Sometimes I run across something that might help someone I know,
Yet I myself might not need that thing.
So I might not be tempted to pass along the information.
But I'm learning more and more.
Just because something I run across might not be something I need,
It might indeed really help someone else out.
Sometimes a lot.
Now an example could be,
Let's say I had three cats and wasn't currently looking for another.
However,
If I had a neighbor who was looking for a good cat and I ran across someone I knew who had a cat and was looking for a good home for it.
Now while I might not currently need a cat and so be tempted to pass the opportunity by,
That doesn't mean I shouldn't maybe be thinking of my friend and telling him or her about the cat.
Even if I don't need one myself.
I think a lot of times people think of their own situation when presented with an opportunity.
Whereas we might indeed know someone who could benefit from something even if we have no use for it.
Well whether it be an item or maybe an idea or a solution or whatever.
So thinking beyond oneself in various situations and passing along a piece of information or an idea about something or inspiration can sometimes help others.
Which can be a good thing for everyone.
