Go ahead and find a comfortable position that you'd like to meditate in.
This is one of my favorite types of meditations because it brings you into a physical state of joy by visualizing that what you desire is already yours.
So as you settle in and slowly close your eyes,
Call to mind something that you'd like to manifest in life.
Because you'll use that in this meditation.
But before we get there,
Just allow any tension to dissolve in your face,
Your jaw,
Your neck,
Shoulders,
Wrists,
Chest,
And back.
Take a breath in,
Slow and deep.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to settle within,
Letting go of the outside world for just the next few minutes.
And as you continue to soften down in this way,
Notice how this softness creates an openness,
A sense of readiness,
Willingness to receive.
So now bring back to mind that thing you'd like to manifest in your life.
Whether it's a specific person,
A thing,
A lifestyle,
A behavior pattern,
Whatever it is for you,
Picture it clearly in your mind's eye.
And begin by surrounding it with gratitude.
Be thankful that you have the opportunity to bring this into your life.
Know that it can flow into your life with ease,
And that you're fully capable and deserving of receiving it.
Now,
Get crystal clear on how it feels to already have what you desire.
What's it like to wake up and know it's part of your life?
What will your days look like when you have it?
How would you feel if you knew that you had the power to bring this about in your life?
And what does the joy or other emotions feel like that will come with having it?
Stay with those positive feelings,
And let your being rise with them.
Light,
Bright,
Energized.
Your reality will begin to align effortlessly with your desires when you embody the emotion of already having those desires.
So tell yourself it's already here.
The first steps of making this reality are already underway.
And feel your heart leap into that sense of happiness and knowing that this is reality.
There is no limit to the joy you can feel in this visualization.
Let your whole being light up.
The more you allow yourself to feel,
The more you're shifting your beliefs about what is possible.
And if your mind wanders away to any doubts,
Limitations,
Or something completely different,
Just gently return yourself to that emotional experience in your body.
Let the feeling of having that desire lead you.
Now that you've experienced the joy that will come with this desire,
Release any attachments to the specific outcome.
Trust that if it's meant for you,
It will arrive.
It's freeing and more enjoyable to move towards your desires without clinging,
Because we are all changing beings,
And so our desires change over time.
So remind yourself now,
It's okay if it doesn't happen exactly as I imagine it.
Whatever comes of this will be beautiful.
Perfect.
Now you are aligned with your desired reality,
And there's no resistance.
So allow yourself to relax even deeper,
Letting go of the need for control,
And trusting that the universe will bring exactly what's meant for you.
The fact that you have these desires means something.
They have a purpose.
You are meant to have these desires.
You are being guided with this intention for a reason.
The exact result may not be what you expect right now,
But it will be what's right and what's best for you.
So,
Take one final deep breath in,
Collecting all of the joy and positive feelings you've attracted by thinking about this desired future.
And as you exhale,
Let go of any lingering worries or limiting beliefs.
Slowly begin to bring yourself back to the present,
Noticing whatever's supporting your body.
Beginning to wake yourself with some gentle movements.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes and gathering yourself.
