Hi,
My name is Valeria Gatitian and today we're going to do a meditation to help us seal and protect our energetic bodies.
In times like this,
Where the collective consciousness is very agitated and there's a lot of chaos and disorder around,
It's easy sometimes to connect,
It's easy sometimes to absorb heavy energies and carry them around them on our energetic bodies.
So it's really important that in times like this we make sure we're protecting and cleaning all our bodies.
So we're going to start by finding a place where we can be quiet,
Where we can sit.
We try to have our backs straight.
We're going to find a comfortable posture and we're going to start breathing deeply with each inhale.
We visualize love and light entering our bodies,
Our physical bodies,
Illuminating our cells,
The fluids,
Our organs,
Our tissues.
And with each exhale,
We relax the shoulders,
The neck,
We let go what's heavy and we're going to ask for guide and assistance to all the light beings that usually guide us,
To all the light beings and light workers who are guiding the planet in this very special moment,
In this very special transition humanity and the planet is going through.
We're going to ask all those light beings,
Light workers,
Our guides,
Descended masters,
Angels and archangels,
The guardians of the earth,
Whales and dolphins and the fairies to guide us through this process,
To guide us through this meditation,
To help us effectively clean,
Protect and seal our energetic bodies.
We take a deep breath.
We're going to start by visualizing the space we're into,
If it's the bedroom,
The living room,
A special space we have or whatever place it is.
We have to make sure it's energetically clean.
We're going to call the blue frequency,
The blue ray,
The ray of protection.
And it's guardian,
Archangel Michael,
To come and assist us in the name of love and light.
And we're going to ask him to clean all that space from any frequency that is not vibrating in the highest love and truth.
We can visualize this very bright blue light sealing the space we're in,
Cleaning our energetic bodies,
Asking this frequency,
Asking Archangel Michael to clean all our bodies from anything that it's not vibrating in universal love.
And we're going to ask him to surround us with its magnificent,
Shiny blue frequency.
And it surrounds us like a spiral,
Surrounding us more and more and more.
And we're going to ask Archangel Michael for cleansing and protection of our energetic body,
To be protected all day,
Every day.
And that nothing that does not resonate with the highest universal love,
Light and truth can penetrate into any of our bodies.
And we're going to ask the white frequency,
The frequency of ascension,
Of light,
Channeling and meditation,
And Archangel Gabriel to come assist us in the name of love and light.
And we're going to ask him to surround ourselves with its beautiful,
Powerful,
Amazing white light,
White frequency,
And help us as well seal all our bodies so that nothing that is not vibrating in the highest universal love,
Truth and light can penetrate into any of our bodies.
And now we're surrounded and involved by these two very powerful,
Beautiful lights,
The blue ray and the white ray around us,
Assisting us,
Cleaning us,
Protecting us.
And we're going to give the conscious order that nothing that is not vibrating in the highest universal love,
Truth and light can penetrate into any of our bodies.
Nothing that is not vibrating in the highest universal love,
Truth and light can penetrate into any of our bodies.
Nothing that is not vibrating in the highest frequency of love,
Truth and light can penetrate into any of our bodies.
We feel beautifully guided,
We feel beautifully protected.
And we're going to ask the pink frequency,
The pink ray,
The frequency of universal love,
Of sweetness and compassion,
An archangel Chamuel,
To come and assist us in the name of love and light.
We visualize this extraordinary bright pink light in front of us,
An archangel Chamuel in front of us.
And we're going to ask him to put a flame of this frequency,
Of its bright pink frequency,
In our hearts and ask him that it's through that frequency,
Through that love,
That we can interpret the reality around us.
And we're going to ask him to surround ourselves with that beautiful,
Intense,
Loving energy.
Everything is surrounded by this really bright,
Pink,
Loving.
And we feel sustained in this frequency,
We feel safe,
We feel loved.
And with these three energies,
With these three frequencies,
We are protected from anything that does not vibrate in the highest frequency of love,
Truth and light.
We can ask or visualize these three colors,
These three lights and rays,
Every time we're in a situation when we feel heaviness around us,
Every time we're with someone who is telling us something and we feel denser energies,
Every time we are with people that we don't feel as uplifted,
We can always visualize ourselves surrounded by these three very high color frequencies and seal our energetic bodies so that nothing that is not vibrating in the highest frequency of love,
Truth and light can access and or penetrate any of our bodies.
We feel extremely grateful in our hearts for these three frequencies,
For the archangels and for the light beings and workers that assist us in this process,
And are always there for us every time we need them.
We just have to ask.
As otherwise,
They cannot interfere with our free will.
That's why it's so important to always ask.
We feel this gratitude in our hearts,
This gratitude of feeling extremely supported and protected,
And we feel how this gratitude frequency expands more and more and more in our hearts,
Surrounding everything that's around us,
And we thank them.
We thank the three frequencies,
The blue one,
Archangel Michael,
The white ray,
Archangel Gabriel,
And the pink ray,
Archangel Tamuel,
For their guidance and assistance in this beautiful process.
We can visualize these three frequencies sealing the spaces we're in,
Sealing our rooms at night to have a better night's sleep,
Sealing any place we're in at any moment.
We thank the light workers that assisted us.
We thank beautiful Mother Earth,
Beautiful Mother Gaia,
For always holding its very high frequency.
We feel guided and assisted,
Always.
And with the certainty of being guided and protected,
We're going to ask our energetic body to come back to its normal size,
To be able to continue with our daily activities.
Feeling extremely grateful in our hearts for being able to call them and have these wonderful tools and assistance to help us and guide us and protect us during this experience.
