I wanted to come here and invite you to soften.
In this moment.
To completely melt in this moment.
It is because of our hardness.
We are constantly Restless.
But as soon as we soften.
The mind comes to rest.
And re-experience the depths of the being.
This feeling of the body.
The strong sense of I on this body comes from what we can refer to as the I thought.
But this feeling of hardness,
That I am this entity,
This physical entity.
Comes from our desires,
Our preferences,
Our own thoughts.
And it is this that always keeps us in a perpetual resistance at this moment.
Because the ego always wants this moment to be the way it wants it to be.
There is always a perpetual judgment of this moment.
And this moment never seems to be enough.
For the ego,
This moment never seems to be enough.
But the truth.
The truth is at this moment.
Is enough.
And this can only be felt.
If we truly melt in this moment.
Completely softened.
And be free from all the seeking.
The endless seeking of the mind keeps us in a chronic state of depression.
Of discontentment.
Of unhappiness.
I feel softened.
Softened.
Whatever is here in this moment.
Create space for it.
Soften around it.
Because it's already here We do not fight that is already here.
Let's say if it's raining,
We wouldn't.

Fight it because we know that it's not in our control.
It's raining and that's the reality of this moment.
What we can do.
Is either go dance in the rain,
Or walk in the rain,
Or do not leave the house.
Stay in the comfort of our home,
Or just take an umbrella or a rainwear and leave.
So we work around it.
We don't try to change it.
People,
Situations,
We try our level best to change it.
Always.
So soften,
No matter what discomfort you may be going through in the body.
Soften.
Something around it,
Whatever it is.
It is here in this moment.
And whatever is here in this moment.
Is wholeheartedly accepted.
Any emotion that is arising.
Any feeling.
All that which is here is accepted.
And met.
With loving presence.
Soften and melt this moment.
Let there be no hardness.
Of them.
Body conscious thoughts or the I thought.
Drop all preferences,
All desires,
All beliefs.
All shoulds or should not.
Drop everything and simply rest here,
Now.
And allow your attention to go into the depths of the being.
When we soften,
We are able to accept and allow and create space for every being.
That we come in contact with.
Without being triggered.
We create space for all that is going on in the world.
We become expansive like an ocean.
An ocean has no limits.
It's very expansive,
Spacious.
And there are no limits.
In the being,
There are no limits.
It's expensive.
And everything can be accommodated.
Everything is softened around.
It is in this softening that we can come close to the beloved.
We cannot come close to the beloved.
Or experience the Beloved in this hard form,
Because the Beloved is formless.
So to experience the formless,
To experience the closeness with the formless,
With the Beloved,
We need to become formless.
Feel ourselves as formless.
And softening allows us to feel that we are.
Which is formless.
So soften,
Relax,
Relax in this moment.
Simply be here.
It is in this softness that we can meet the beloved with that tenderness.
The love of the Beloved is felt.
The companionship of the beloved is felt in this softening.
Because all our preferences,
All our desires,
All conflicts,
The inner conflicts that we spend time and energy on,
If all that is dropped.
And there is nothing between.
Us and the beloved.
We simply have to soften and point inwards and go deep into the being.
May we melt in this moment.
And may we always be with our beloved.
With the one beloved.
The eternal and the formless.
May we soften.
And go into the depths of the ocean.
