Slowing down your rhythm,
Bringing your awareness to this moment.
I would like you to breathe into your heart centre in the middle of your chest,
Visualising a beautiful,
Brilliant ball of light,
Beginning in the centre of your chest and spreading that light across your chest,
Moving up and down your body,
Down your arms,
Into your head,
Down your legs,
Filling your body with light,
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out and you may wish to repeat after me or allow these words to sink in.
Great spirit,
I invite your eternal light into this moment,
Into my being.
Bless me with your timeless presence as your rarefied light showers over me,
I surrender,
I surrender to you and here we invite the golden energy of source to completely surround you,
Sensing,
Knowing,
Visualising a beautiful cocoon of nurturing,
Protective presence and light,
Feel the warmth of this space and here we begin to open up to sacred healing light,
As you feel and sense a shimmer of light beginning to descend from the heavens,
Landing on your energy field,
Your aura and your entire being illuminating,
Purifying,
Healing.

I ask that this energy supports me in releasing any element that is no longer serving me,

I see the beauty and potential of life and I embrace it with my heart and soul.
Every second of every day is a blessing,
As I look back,

I see the compassion,
The care and love I have generated,
I see the awareness,
Insights and treasures I have uncovered.
I see the souls I have touched with my presence,
All these ripples of change I have created internally and externally,

As I honor my past,

Here I honor creation,
Who lives through me.
With every step,
I acknowledge how supported,
Cherished and guided I am,
I am grateful for all that I have received.
In this moment,
I allow myself to receive in all ways,

I accept all of the gifts that are waiting to be accepted by me.
I smile at the things that I know,

In this moment,
I recognize I only know what I need to know,
I release the rest to the divine.

Feel,
Sense,
Know the energy of the light,
It's beginning to shower from the heavens above,
Sparkling all around you.
Creation is speaking to you,
Reminding you,
You are part of all that is,
The great mystery flows through you.
Here we invite the magenta light of unconditional love to bathe and bless you,
As you visualize or sense a river of beautiful,
Glowing magenta light,
Traveling from the heavens and meeting you,
Moving through your entire body and being,
Breathing with this deep,
Slow inhale,
Deep,
Slow exhale.
As the magenta healing light meets your cells,
Your organs,
Your physical body,
Rejuvenating,
Replenishing,
Reminding the beauty of your physical vessel.
And here we invite the sacred light of compassion,
To travel within to meet your inner child,
Filling your inner child with light,
Beauty and healing.
Feel this light flowing through you,
Filling every area that feels lacking,
With worth,
With divine wisdom that teaches,
Upgrades and elevates your knowingness.
To divine knowingness,
That you are worthy.
Feel this truth ripple from within,
As you repeat these words,
I am worthy,
I am worthy.
This truth is more than just about you,
It allows you to understand that all are worthy.
All beings are worthy,
Worthy of the original love,
The one love,
The endless source of oneness.
Allow yourself to sit and receive in this healing space for a few moments.

This blessing to our loved ones in our life.
This light travels outward to meet them,
Surrounding them,
Protecting them,

We send this loving presence out to the earth,
To our sacred mother Gaia.

Taking one hand to place upon your heart chakra in the middle of your chest,
The other hand to place upon your sacral chakra or just anywhere around your stomach,
Wherever feels comfortable.
As you breathe into your body,
Sending a smile through your body inwards,
Feeling it lighting up within.
As a healing light from above begins to fade back into consciousness,
Sensing the light having travelled inward,
Transforming your frequency,
Your vibration,
Attuning it,
Anchoring it.
