Welcome to your meditation.

Please sit comfortably with your back straight and close your eyes.

Let's start with connecting to our breath.

Just witnessing our breath without changing it in any way.

Scanning our body to see if there is any tension.

And if you feel any tension,

Just put your awareness there and just breathe into that place.

Now connecting to our heart center in the middle of the chest.

Connecting with our heartbeats.

And inviting gratitude for our heartbeats.

Now we're going to ask ourselves four questions.

Simply ask silently the question and let come the answers to you.

It may be sensations,

It may be feelings,

Emotions,

Thoughts.

Whatever comes to you,

Just witness it,

Not judging it.

First question,

Who am I?

Simply ask,

Who am I?

Now let's ask ourselves,

What do I want?

What do I want?

And now let's ask ourselves,

What is my purpose?

And now let's ask ourselves,

What am I grateful for?

Now let's detach from these questions and answers and repeat silently.

I am followed by your first name and last name.

Then I am followed by your first name.

And then simply I am.

And now let's shift to the vibration of I am,

Which is ahem.

And let's repeat ahem silently a few moments.

Ahem.

And now we invite you to repeat silently your own primordial sound mantra.

Remember you don't have to force the repetition.

There is no perfect rhythm.

It's more like dancing and listening to your mantra.

I'll mind the time and let you know when to stop the repetition of the mantra.

Enjoy.

Keeping your eyes closed.

You can now stop the repetition of your mantra and simply rest.

Rest in awareness.

Rest in being.

Rest in bliss.

Sat Chit Ananda.

Resting in being,

Resting in bliss.

Let's plant the seeds of the following intentions.

A joyful,

Energetic body.

A loving,

Compassionate heart.

A reflective,

Alert mind.

A lightness of being.

Now let's take some deeper breaths.

One more deep breath.

Breathing out shoulders.

And then relax.

And now let's bring the palms of your hands together in front of your heart center.

We're going to change three OMs together or the three exhale.

Inhale.

And now whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Thanks for meditating with me.

I'm Virginie Lendaire.

I wish you the best.
