Transcript

Alternate nostril breathing.

Great to open up the sides of the brain,

Release feelings of sluggishness,

And get higher brain functioning throughout your day.

We will each use our right hand,

So I will look backwards to you,

But you'll get the idea.

Right hand,

Three fingers down,

Turn the fingers toward your face,

Thumb,

And pinky extended.

Take your thumb to your right nostril,

Inhale through the left,

Switch,

Pinky to left nostril,

Exhale through the right.

Inhale through the right,

Switch,

Exhale through the left.

Inhale through the left,

Exhale through the right.
