Hello,
Sweet soul.
Welcome to your meditation.
I'm Julianne Arce,
And I'll be your guide during this time.
I invite you to close your eyes for a moment,
To let your breath soften.
This is your little pocket of stillness,
A gentle pause carved out just for you,
In the middle of a busy,
Beautiful,
Sometimes overwhelming season.
Let your body settle.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your whole system exhale.
Imagine a cozy room,
Glowing with soft lights,
Maybe the kind you loved as a child,
Warm,
Golden,
And gentle,
The kind of light that makes everything feel safe and familiar.
There's a quiet hum in the air,
Not loud,
Not busy,
Just peaceful,
Just enough to remind you that you're home,
Inside of yourself.
Now picture yourself sitting near a small window.
Outside winter is settling in,
And the world feels slower,
Softer,
Like everything is wrapped in its own blanket of comb.
Maybe there are snowflakes drifting down,
Or maybe it's just still and cool and peaceful.
Whatever your mind shows you,
Let it be perfect.
Inside this moment,
The holidays feel simple again.
The way they felt when you were younger,
Before the rushing,
Before the lists,
Before the pressure,
Just magic,
Just quiet.
With your next inhale,
Invite in a hint of wonder,
Like the soft spark you feel when the lights first turn on,
Or when you pause long enough to notice beauty that you usually rush right past.
With your exhale,
Let your heart melt a little inside.
Let it soften into warmth,
Into ease,
Into this gentle moment where nothing is required of you.
Feel the cozy glow around you,
The sense that something sweet,
Simple,
And good is brushing up against your life.
Stay here for just one more breath,
Inhaling the warmth of this memory,
This feeling,
This quiet magic.
Exhale anything that pulls you away from it.
Let your body remember that you can return here anytime you need a small moment of comfort,
A pocket of wonder,
A spark of something sacred and soft.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Carrying this little piece of magic with you.
Thank you for allowing me to guide you through this meditation.
I look forward to seeing you here again tomorrow.
Namaste,
Sweet friend.
