Hello there and welcome to this festive meditation.
I really have been led to want to offer some respite at this time of year,
As we enter into the period of time we call the Christ Mass.
We enter a timeline that has been engineered for us over a period of decades and even hundreds of years.
We know that the energy of the Christ Light is always there for us to connect to whenever we feel it necessary.
The 3D construct of the Christ Mass can be a mixed bag when it comes to the experiential impact it has on the individual.
For some,
It is an emotional burden.
For others,
It is a joyous occasion whereby friends and family meet and get together and feel the embrace of the community in their lives.
However,
However,
The impact and the energy of what is largely a 3D material festival will bring a mirror and a testing element to any soul that is engaging with its energy.
If you struggle with the impact of Christ Mass on your life and your emotional well-being,
Then this meditation is for you.
So please now,
Start to relax down into your body.
Breathe as deeply as you would like to go into your mind and body experience.
Breathe in light into your lungs.
Go in a little deeper now.
Breathe in light into the upper organs of your body,
Including the liver,
Kidneys,
And the lower intestines.
Breathe light into the third eye and expand your awareness now.
My highest guides and helpers are here and they are working with your highest guides and helpers to help bring about the transformation that is required within you today.
To transcend the Christmas period and to really get the best from your life at this moment in time.
Recognize time and the timeline you are on,
Your local meridian,
The geographic location whereby you reside at this moment in time.
This is your life's course.
It is where you are and it is where you are heading.
Through this period of December,
Time is affected by the Christmas energy.
It happened this way because on an unconscious level,
You agreed to the way it is.
We all did and we still are.
And whilst we can say we will resolve this today,
We must be clear that it is a choice whether we feel as though we are being herded into it or not.
As we call in the light,
We command the spirit from within.
And we make friends,
First and foremost,
Consciously with the festive season.
Really embrace and make friends with anything that may occur in relation to your internal model of what Christmas is to you.
If by doing so,
You feel the energy of struggle and heaviness inside of you or outside of you,
Ask your angelic guides now to embrace and dissolve that energy entirely from your mind-body experience across all dimensions of time and space.
My highest angelic guide that is most relevant to me.
Please clear any negative effects of the Christmas period that may be affecting my mind-body experience across all dimensions of time and space.
And in its place,
Align me to energies that are entirely of my highest good.
Recognise that the energy of the external 3D,
4D Christmas period is an energy that you can decide to engage with or not,
At least at an energetic level.
You can start to conduct your mastery in order to make life easier for you and the people you are closest to.
Does the energy of Christmas make you feel more grounded?
Does it give you the sense that everything is cosy and warm and that everything is going to be okay?
Or is it the sense that there isn't enough money or the pressure of having to go out and buy what feels like an absolute ton of presents?
I refer to this as Christmosis.
It's like a bout of neurosis that is brought on by the festive season.
People rushing around,
Bustling,
Almost scrambling over each other to get what they need for that one specific moment in time.
The external proliferation of this season can be a very heavy burden in terms of the energy and how we would like to live day to day.
The more connected you are to the soul and the light,
The bigger the gap may seem between you and the actual materialism that takes place.
But we call on the light now.
We call on your highest helpers and guides once more to bring that light into your body and start to dissolve any residual energies of time gone by,
Previous Christmases.
If there is a sense of loss,
Identify where that sits within the body now and ask that this energy be cleared across all dimensions,
Time and space.
Remember,
As you notice things,
They start to change and this highly connected,
What is now a 5th dimensional directed meditation comes into your body via your 3rd eye.
You feel the embrace,
The loving embrace of the 5th dimension here now.
The blue swirling lights of the Christ light.
We call on the Christ light to enter this space,
This 5th and 7th dimensional space.
We feel the love of spirit and the Christ light is on the way.
You may see this as a sphere floating through your mind's eye or the sky.
Some people refer to this as the star that the Christ landed on when the Christ came to earth.
Some say he was delivered by the beings of light from Sirius.
From the Sirian constellation,
The higher beings of light,
The God and creator embodying Christ light to earth.
And as that energy now lands in the space you are in,
You hold that space within the Christ light,
The light blue light.
And there is an ice white light now.
An energy hue that is perhaps new to you is now within your awareness.
You can sense that it is entirely of your highest good and this will be with you all the way up to Christmas day and into the new year.
We ask that energy to clear any sense of struggle within you.
If more money is required,
It's on the way.
If a change in circumstances is required,
Ask.
It is on the way.
If peace between friends and family is required,
If you say the word in this space,
It will be on the way to you now.
As you have received the Christ light for the Christ mass day.
