Dear God,

Source,

Higher Self,

Guides,

Universal Consciousness and all that is,

Thank you for this day.

Thank you for this body.

Thank you for this mind.

Thank you for my big,

Bold,

Beautiful and loving heart.

Thank you for my soul.

Thank you for the blood,

Nourishment,

Breath,

And energy that constantly flows through me,

Giving me life.

Thank you for each and every single cell.

Thank you for regeneration,

Revitalization,

And rebirth.

Thank you for all that I am.

Thank you for allowing me to feel,

To taste,

To touch,

To hear,

To see,

And to experience.

Thank you for this beautiful existence.

Guide me to take advantage of all that is being offered.

Let me not be led by the whispers and untruths of anxiety,

Worry,

And fear.

Lead me through inspiration,

Passion,

Purpose,

And authenticity instead.

Help me to release any and all false beliefs,

Keeping me small,

Stuck,

Or in any way unfulfilled.

Help me to run towards the very best version of myself and my life,

Instead of just away from that which I fear will cause me pain or heartbreak.
