This technique is the technique that really helps me to fall asleep. It's the Brahmari, the humming bee chant, and you will find the demonstration of how to do this chant in this audio. Try to repeat this chant a couple of times, and as you feel yourself getting tired from the chant, you will slowly see that the vibrations that this chant creates help you enter into the parasympathetic nervous system, which is your rest and digest system, which helps you fall asleep quickly.
