Hello everyone. I just ask that you get in a comfortable position, Either seated or laying. And we'll start to take a deep breath in through the nose and out your mouth. And another deep breath in through the nose. And out your mouth. And one more deep breath in through the nose. And out your mouth. Just letting your breathing go back into its normal rhythm. And bringing your attention to your feet. Relaxing your feet and ankles. Relaxing your calves and your knees. Relaxing your thighs. Relaxing your glutes and your pelvic area. Relaxing your lower back and your stomach. Relaxing your upper back and your chest. Relaxing your neck and shoulders. Relaxing your arms and your elbows. Relaxing your wrists and your hands. Relaxing your head and your ears. Relaxing your forehead. Relaxing your eyes and your jaw. Relaxing your mouth and tongue. I want you to imagine that you're standing on sand. Barefoot. Feeling the warm soft sand under your feet. The temperature is warm. And you look up and in front of you. Just off to the distance. You see the sphinx. And the Egyptian pyramids behind. You are in Egypt. This wondrous, Mysterious place. Just feel the energy coming up through your feet. This energy from ancient Egypt. All that it encompasses. Allow that energy to come up through your feet. Into your body. Feeling everything that comes with it. The mystery. The magic. Right up into your body. Imagining some tree roots going down from your feet. Anchoring you into this mysterious place. Breathing in. Now just imagine yourself walking closer to the sphinx. Feeling the soft sand under your feet. In between your toes. As you walk closer and closer. Breathing in the warm air. As you reach the sphinx. Just walk around. Down the side of the sphinx. As you reach near the belly. You can see some hieroglyphics along the side. I want you to reach your hand out and touch one of those hieroglyphics. You will know which one. And as you put your hand over this symbol. A secret door opens from the side. Just walk through this door. And there is a landing and some stairs going down. Start walking down these stairs slowly. These stairs are lit with torches. So you can see and it is safe. Keep walking down the stairs. And you come to a room. With stone walls. And many beautiful drawings and hieroglyphics. Lining the walls. And along the far wall. Is a ledge. And on this ledge. There are seven coloured crystal skulls. All in a line. All different colours. And I would like you to walk up. To one particular skull that draws your attention. A particular colour. Walk over to that skull. Reach your hand out. And place it. Just above the skull. With your palm facing down. Feel that energy coming out from that skull. Into your hand. This skull has a message. A download. For you. A special message or download. That relates to your life right now. With either guidance. Information. And this information. Or guidance. Will come through to you. As words in your mind. Or as a download. For your body and spirit. To integrate slowly. Quickly. Or at a later time. The perfect time for you. Just breathing in. And out. As you receive this beautiful energy from the crystal skull. And take your hand away. From the skull. Stepping back. And if you're drawn to another skull. Just do the same with your hand. Above the skull. Receiving the beautiful energy. Otherwise you can sit. Sit in the energy. Of these beautiful skulls. Looking around. At all the hieroglyphics. The drawings. Take note of anything that catches your eye. Feel the temperature in the room. It's cool. Soft ground under your feet. Or under your boots. If you're sitting on the ground. So you look over to the left. And realise there's another doorway. You walk over to it. Touch the handle and it opens for you. And reveals another stairway. And slowly walk down. Into another beautiful room. With a big stone slab in the middle. This is a healing stone. It's a stone where people come. To lay on. To be healed. To receive energy. Where anything is removed. That you no longer need. Walk over to this stone slab. And lay down on it. Feel the energy. From the stone underneath you. The cool temperature of the stone. And start to feel your whole body vibrating. All of the cells in your body. Vibrating. Letting go. Of anything you no longer need. Just imagine. A beautiful white light. Scanning your body. From your head to your toes. Removing everything else. No longer needed. In your energy field. And just imagine. Some beautiful rainbow coloured light. Coming down. Through and around your head. Down your body. Through your body. Reaching. Reaching your feet. And around your feet. This beautiful healing rainbow energy. Balancing out your energy centres. And your whole system. And slowly sit up. Then stand. Feeling clear. Free and refreshed. Re-energised. And you slowly walk back towards the stairs. Back up into the room where the crystal skulls are. You close the door behind you. And before you leave. Thank the beautiful crystal skulls. For their information and guidance. Walk over to the secret doorway. And as you step back out. Into the sand. The door closes behind you. And start walking back. Towards where you started. Feeling the warm sand. Under your feet. And as you reach the point where you started. Turn back around. Placing the sphinx with the pyramids behind. Send your gratitude and thanks. For this magical mystical place. Feeling refreshed now. To move on with your day or evening.
