Welcome to week one of your clear and aligned journey.
Today,
We're focusing on your root chakra,
Your foundation,
Your sense of safety,
Your connection to your body,
And the part of you that knows you are supported.
This is where we clear fear,
Doubt,
And survival mode,
So you can open to clarity and grounded direction again.
Let your shoulders soften.
Allow your jaw to release,
And feel the weight of your body where you're sitting or lying down.
If you can,
Place one hand on your lower belly or on the top of your thighs.
Breathe in for four.
Out for four.
Imagine you're scanning downward through your energy field,
From your mind,
Down through your chest,
Into your hips,
And all the way to the base of your spine.
Notice how your root chakra feels today.
Is it tight,
Heavy,
Scattered,
Overactive?
There's no wrong answer.
Simply noticing is powerful.
Now visualize a warm,
Red light at the base of your spine.
This light represents stability,
Belonging,
And support.
See it growing,
Slowly expanding downward into the earth.
Let it anchor you.
Let it support you.
Feel your energy settling.
Now imagine any fear,
Stuckness,
Anxiety,
Or uncertainty draining downward,
Like dust falling off of your energy field.
You don't have to force anything out.
Simply give your body and spirit permission to release what you no longer need.
Say quietly or in your mind,
I release everything that is not mine to carry.
Now allow the red light to strengthen.
Feel the energy of being safe.
Feel the energy of being supported.
Feel the energy of being guided.
Go ahead and say,
I am grounded.
I am safe.
I am supported.
And I am clear.
Take one more deep breath.
Let your energy settle.
And know that this week,
Everything you do is supported from a grounded and stable foundation.
Your root is opening.
Your clarity is building.
You are safe to move forward.
