Hello and welcome.
My name is Ashken and in this session I will be explaining the astral spiritual realms.
Then I will lead you with a guided visualization to visit and explore some of those realms.
So what are the astral or the spiritual realms?
The astral is a vast realm that we could explore forever.
These realms are known as dimensions or planes within the universe and we can visit some of those realms while we are still in the physical plane.
We can travel and explore with our astral energy body.
So one of these realms is called the here and now realms.
This is the realm where we usually visit in our dreaming state and it's usually associated with current events that exist presently in our physical world.
For example visiting a friend,
Family members or any place you wish to see or visit.
Another realm is called time travel.
We occasionally visit this realm when we astral travel forward or backward in time.
For example when we visit one of our past lives we can travel back in time and see ourselves during that time period.
There is also the cosmic realms.
These are far realms of the physical world and when we journey this far we can find out about other planets in the solar system.
We can find out whether there are inhabited or how do they look like.
We can explore if there is any life form or water or rocks minerals etc.
The other realm is called the guidance realms.
These are teaching realms in the spirit world.
We all have spirit guides or teachers in non-physical form.
They exist in this realm and help us or guide us from this realm and we are usually drawn to them or feel comfortable in their presence.
So we can visit our spirit guides,
Teachers and communicate with them telepathically in this realm.
Based on the rate in which we are evolving certain spirit teachers become available depending on what we need to learn or know.
I have spent many years communicating with my spirit guides and they have helped me tremendously.
The spiritual realms is the other realm.
This realm has many planes of ever increasing spirituality.
It is a joyful place where the spirit dwells after the death of the physical body.
Our spirit enters those realms when we have completed our karmic cycles meaning when we have cleared our consciousness of all negative thoughts and emotional patterns,
When we have learned detachment and found contentment and also when we have mastered self love,
Unconditional love and forgiveness and also when we have mastered inner peace and practice it consistently regardless of what is happening around us.
So basically when we become enlightened beings while we are still in this physical plane and we depart from the physical plane being at peace and continue to exist as non-physical being or light being for eternity,
There are many ascended or enlightened masters that their spirits dwell in these realms or they have completed their karmic cycles.
There are claims that people also visit this realm momentarily very short lived period of time.
Those are the ones that have had near-death experiences which was resulted from a traumatic accidents or injuries or unexpected sudden death and based on their experience they describe their near-death experiences as being in a very peaceful,
Bright,
Heavenly like realms and they get a glimpse of it.
So when we are visiting those astral realms,
Those dimensions,
We will see a large population of other spiritual beings who are traveling in the same realm.
There are incarnated spirits.
Those are the spirits like yourself and myself that are exploring and will return to their physical bodies.
These spirits are called incarnated spirits.
There are also spirits of dead people.
They are referred as ghosts or spirits.
Those are the spirits that are discarnated because they have no physical body to return to and many of them appear lost or concerned.
Some are more distraught and confused than others.
These are the spirits of the most recently dead people whom experienced a traumatic or sudden unexpected death and this is how trained mediums,
Psychic mediums do readings by communicating with the spirits of dead people.
There is also thought form spirits.
This is the product of people's minds,
Thought form that sometimes take on shapes.
Some are like dark clouds of energy and quite dense,
Heavy,
And these types of spirits,
They should be all avoided.
There are also the spirits of the little people or elementals.
These are the spirits of natural forces and they can take on multitudes form like gnomes or elves,
Leprechauns or pixies.
There are many authors,
Spiritual teachers or consciousness teachers whom have done astral journeys and visited those astral and spiritual realms.
They have written books,
Have spoken about their experiences and one of the popular one which I am most familiar with is Edgar Cayce known as the sleeping prophet.
Cayce has written many books claiming that we all have astral body which is capable of traveling beyond the physical realms and exploring other dimensions in the universe.
And once we learn how to do it,
We can access these realms during trance meditations which we will be doing a similar version of this trance meditation shortly.
I have also published a course on insight timer called astral traveling journey to inner freedom where I explain in more details about these spiritual astral realms.
And now let's get ready for the guided visualization.
Sit in a comfortable position.
Feet flat on the floor.
Rest your hands in your lap.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath,
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
As you exhale,
Let go of any tension in your physical body and allow your body to relax completely.
Let go of the thoughts that are on your mind and just focus on your breath.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Feel your body relaxing deeper and your mind becoming quiet,
Relaxing deeper and deeper.
Now bring your awareness slowly up to your forehead and focus on your third eye in the center of your forehead.
Now looking through the third eye,
See your astral etheric double body standing up and moving forward away from your physical body.
Keep walking towards the door and exit the room.
As you exit,
See yourself walking on a crystal bright path leading to an etheric stairway that is extending up high into the universe.
As you reach the stairway,
Take a step up the stairs and keep going until you reach the top of the stairs.
Now here you find yourself standing in the center of the universe where you have a broad view of everywhere and everything.
Now think of someone or a place in the physical plane that you would like to visit,
Whether is a friend that you would like to visit or a family member that you miss or haven't heard from for a while or is there any place that you would like to see.
Now see yourself in that location that you chose to see and see yourself visiting people that you wanted to visit.
Now go ahead and interact telepathically with the people that you see that you visit or you may choose to just observe while you are in the here now dimension.
And now that you are done with your visit in the here and now realms,
You will be tasked with trapping into the time travel realms.
Will travel back in time and visit one of your past lives and see yourself during that time period.
Travelling back in time,
Where are you?
How do you look and how old are you in that time period?
What year is it?
And just see the things you were doing back then,
Explore for a minute,
See yourself in action at that time.
And now shifting to another dimension where you will explore the cosmic realms.
You will be taking a journey to find out about the other planets in the solar system.
Is there a specific planet you would like to visit or find out whether there is any life form,
Water,
Rocks or minerals in the other planets?
Now take some time,
Go ahead and explore,
See yourself exploring the planets.
Now lastly,
You are entering the guidance realms.
And in this realm,
There are many spirit guides,
Spirit teachers.
Just look around,
Many will appear to you.
Do you recognize any of them?
Which one of them do you feel drawn to or you feel comfortable to communicate or be in their presence?
Do you feel any connection with any of the spirit guides that you see around you?
If you felt that connection,
Then this is your spirit guide that is helping you at this time from this realm.
Get to know your spirit guide.
If you have any questions,
You can ask and listen,
Just interact with your spirit guide.
Now that you are done with your astral journey,
It is time to head back to the physical plane.
See yourself standing at the top of the etheric stairway,
Coming down the steps,
Down and walking back on the crystal path and back to the room where you're sitting.
Bring your awareness back to your physical body,
Engage with your physical senses and gently open your eyes.
