Leo,

A Poem for a Friend She keeps a straight face when she hears your name,

But the pain inside remains the same.

She prays every night and morning,

Too,

That God will always take care of you.

She misses your smile and the way you laugh,

Always kind and compassionate.

She trusted evil with regret and wonders if you've forgiven yet.

A friendship ended with the click of a mouse.

Her heart feels like an abandoned house.

Each day seems strange,

It's not the same.

Her silent screams call out your name.

You made her life worth living and took away her pain.

You saw her as a person when she felt she was unseen.

The many gifts you gave her were more than you could know.

You provided her with friendship and a heart to call a home.

Several years have passed since last she saw your face,

But hope still lives within her heart and prays for God's sweet grace.

She prays to say she's sorry for all that you endured and prays that you've been happy with a life that you deserve.

Until the day has come,

And she believes it will someday,

She thanks the Lord above for all her memories.
