Hello and welcome.
My name is Bailey and I am a nurse practitioner turned Reiki master,
Teacher,
And sound healer.
And I help people who are on a healing journey,
Whether you are struggling with physical symptoms or overcoming anxiety,
Stress,
Or overwhelm.
In today's session,
We are going to be combining affirmations from Louise Hayes' book,
Heal Your Body with Reiki.
And the affirmations in this book,
Along with my own self-Reiki practice,
Is what actually allowed me to heal several different skin cancers that I developed during a stressful time in my life.
So I love creating sessions that incorporate both.
We'll also be listening to alpha frequency sound healing music,
Which increases the effectiveness of using affirmations,
Because it puts your brain in a state where your brain is much more receptive to creating these new neural pathways,
Which is what affirmations help us do.
So we're basically reprogramming the circuits of your brain to fire in a way that's more beneficial to you.
And we're going to be focusing on affirmations that help with weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight.
So I invite you to go ahead and find a comfortable place to receive this session today.
That can be in your bed,
Or if you want to be sitting up,
That is totally okay as well.
Just take a few moments to get yourself nice and comfortable and ready to receive.
And once you're settled in,
I invite you to begin to focus on your breath,
Taking some nice deep inhales and exhales,
And ground down into this present moment.
And if you haven't already done so,
I invite you to close down your eyes and begin to take your focus in words.
And you can set your intention to receive this Reiki session asking it to bring you whatever is in your highest good.
And I invite you to say the affirmations after me,
Repeating them in your mind,
And letting the words just gently wash over you.
There's nothing else that you need to do.

You can gently bring your focus back to your breath.
Inhaling deeply into your lungs,
Expanding your abdomen and exhaling all of the air out.
And you can do this a few times as you ground back into your physical surroundings.
