Hello and welcome.
My name is Bailey,
And I am a nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher and sound healer.
And I create sessions to help people who are on a healing journey,
Whether you are struggling with anxiety,
Overwhelm,
Or stress,
Or perhaps on a physical healing journey.
I create distance Reiki healing sessions along with my sound healing frequency music to help people and empower people on their healing journey.
In our session this evening,
I'm going to be guiding you through a yoga nidra practice,
Along with a full body Reiki session combined with my delta frequency sound healing music.
And this session is really created to help close down your busy mind,
Help you find peace and relaxation,
And guide you into a state of deep sleep.
So I invite you to go ahead and get your space nice and comfortable,
Get your bed all set up for you to receive this session and for you to get a beautiful restorative night's sleep.
And once you are all settled in,
You can gently bring your awareness inwards,
Focusing on your breath,
Inhaling deeply,
And exhaling fully.
And gently bringing your awareness inwards by closing down your eyes if they haven't already closed,
And continuing to focus on your breath,
Letting it guide you into the practice this evening.
As I begin sending you distance Reiki now,
You can just follow along with my voice.
There's nothing you need to do,
Nowhere you need to be.
It is time for sleep and time for rest.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and a long,
Slow exhale out of the mouth.
Let your shoulders soften,
Your jaw unclench,
And let your belly be soft and easy.
Feel the invitation of rest beginning to wash over you now,
Like a soft wave rolling gently to shore.
And we'll begin by setting your heartfelt intention.
This is a short,
Simple phrase in present tense.
And I invite you to let your intention come from a place of deep truth for you.
Perhaps it's something like,
I am safe,
Or I allow myself to rest.
Or,
My mind is calm and quiet.
Whatever it is for you,
Let it arise naturally.
And silently repeat your intention to yourself now three times.
Letting it settle in gently into your subconscious and your heart space.
Now gently draw your awareness to your physical body.
And we'll begin a gentle rotation of consciousness,
Bringing your attention to different points in the body to invite peace and relaxation.
Allow your awareness to drift to the space between the eyebrows,
The throat,
The right shoulder,
The right elbow,
The right wrist,
Tip of the right thumb,
The right index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Little finger,
Back to the wrist,
The elbow,
The shoulder,

Imagine a gentle warm light at the crown of your head,
And this light slowly begins to move down,
And down,
Washing over your forehead,
Softening your temples,
Melting through your jaw,
And sliding down your neck,
And this warm light flows down across your shoulders,
Into your chest,
Softening your heart center,
It glides through your arms,
And down to your hands,
Then slowly down through your spine,
Your abdomen,
And your pelvis,
It flows down your legs,
Into your knees,
And all the way into your feet,
This light is your breath,
Your life force,
Your healing intention,
Allow the light to gently collect and swirl around your mind,
Any busy thoughts are simply floating clouds,
In the sky,
Watch them pass,
There's no need to chase,
Fix,
Or follow,
You are the sky,
The mind can rest now,
Feel yourself drifting,
Weightless,
Floating in a sea of peace,
