Welcome Beloved One to Be With Melinda.

I'm Melinda and I invite you to give yourself the gift of this moment.

A time to soften,

Breathe,

And let your heart be held.

Place one hand gently over your heart.

Perhaps the other hand resting on your belly.

Feel the rhythm of your breath.

Feel the steady pulse of life moving through you.

You are here.

You are alive.

Breathe in compassion.

Breathe out judgment.

Breathe in kindness.

Breathe out fear.

Let each breath soften the edges of hurt.

Let each exhale carry away what is heavy.

Imagine now your heart glowing with golden light.

A gentle radiance that seeps into every crack,

Every place of tenderness,

Every scar.

See how the cracks are not flaws.

They are doorways where love can enter.

They are openings where shalom,

Peace finds its way in.

Whisper softly within,

I see you.

I forgive you.

I love you.

Let these words echo like a balm through your heart's chambers.

Now breathe with sacred intention.

Breathing in echad,

Oneness.

Breathing out shalom,

Peace.

Breathing in ahavah,

Love.

Breathing out rachamim,

Compassion.

Repeat at your own pace,

Letting go of the past.

The words become breath and the breath become prayer.

Feel the shekhinah,

The indwelling presence wrapping you in a shelter,

Reminding you that you are never alone.

Your heart is a temple,

Your breath a song.

Your body,

A sanctuary of wholeness.

You are one.

You are whole.

You are peace.

Carry this remembrance with you and return whenever your heart needs comfort.
