Begin by finding a comfortable position where you can sit close to one another.
Perhaps you're sitting face-to-face,
Holding hands,
Or side-by-side with your shoulders touching.
Allow yourself to feel your partner's energy.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes or keep a soft gaze.
If it feels comfortable,
Gazing towards each other can help build connection.
When you're ready,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Let yourself settle into this moment together.
Breathe in again,
Feeling your body relax,
And exhale,
Releasing any tension or distractions.
Bring your awareness to the presence of your partner beside you or in front of you.
Feel their warmth,
Their energy,
And their love.
Gently bring your breathing into sync.
There's no need to force it.
Just allow your breaths to naturally align over the next few moments.
Breathe in together and exhale together.
Feel how this shared rhythm brings a sense of harmony as if your hearts are beating as one.
Now imagine a warm golden light glowing at the center of your chest.
This light represents your love,
