
Trusting Your Sleep Again - CBT-I
When sleep has been difficult for a while, many people begin to lose confidence in their ability to rest. This gentle nighttime meditation helps you reconnect with trust in your body's natural sleep system. Through reflection, visualization, and nervous system support, you'll be guided toward a more compassionate and confident relationship with sleep. Use this practice as a regular bedtime meditation or return to it anytime you need a reminder that sleep is not something you have to force.
