Hello and welcome to this week-long meditation series designed to help you begin each day with intention,

Reflection,

And a sense of inner calm.

Each meditation is inspired by the day of the week,

Offering a unique focus to support your mindset and well-being.

By setting aside just five minutes each morning,

You can cultivate presence,

Reduce stress,

And be more aware and in charge of your own internal experience.

Welcome to Tuesday,

A day of momentum.

Tuesday is named after Mars,

The god of war and action,

Representing strength and courage.

It's a day for stepping forward boldly.

With that in mind,

Let's take a moment to focus on your strength and courage today.

Settle in,

And when you're ready,

Go ahead and close your eyes if you feel comfortable doing so.

Take a deep breath in,

Straightening your spine slightly as you inhale.

Exhale,

Letting your shoulders relax.

Take another deep breath in,

Feeling the energy of the day begin to stir within you.

And on your exhale,

Let your jaw relax.

Now bring to mind an image of fire,

A steady flame blowing warm and strong.

This fire represents your inner strength and motivation.

As you breathe,

Imagine fueling that fire,

Drawing in courage and confidence,

And letting go of self-doubt.

What makes you feel the most confident and courageous?

Take a moment to think of a time where you felt really positively about yourself.

Repeat to yourself,

I am capable.

I move forward into today with confidence.

I trust my strength.

With each inhale,

Feel this energy spreading throughout your body,

Awakening your focus and determination.

With each exhale,

Release any resistance,

Knowing that you're ready to take on the day.

When you feel ready,

Take one last deep breath in,

Carrying the strength with you into the rest of your day.
