This meditation is for anyone who wants to attract healthy,
Consistent love and is learning to feel worthy of it.
Maybe a part of you desires a relationship deeply,
But another part of you feels anxious,
Unsure or worried about being too much.
This isn't about forcing self-love,
But building self-trust so the love you attract doesn't have you abandon yourself to receive it.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable position,
This could be lying down or sitting comfortably.
Just let your body settle wherever it is.
When you are ready,
Allow your eyes to close.
Before we do anything else,
Bring your attention to sound.
Notice the sounds around you.
If you're outside,
It might be the birds,
The wind or the hum of distant traffic.
If you're inside,
It might be the noise of the room,
Quiet movement or something further away.
There's no need to label the sounds or follow them.
Just notice the sounds are there and that you're safe enough to hear them.
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and a gentle breath out through your mouth.
Each time you breathe in,
Hold your breath a little longer and then slowly breathe out.
Let your shoulders drop,
Let your jaw unclench,
There's nothing you need to hold together right now.
Just take another breath.
Now bring your attention back to yourself.
Today is all about alignment,
Not pushing,
Not fixing,
Just being with what's true.
Silently repeat the following affirmations to yourself.
It's safe for me to want healthy,
Consistent love.
I am becoming someone who feels safe receiving healthy,
Consistent love.
I don't have to chase what is aligned.
What's meant for me will not require me to abandon myself.
I can trust myself to notice what feels right and what doesn't.
If your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Gently come back to the words.
I don't have to prove my worth to be chosen.
My needs are not too much.
The more I honor myself,
The more aligned my relationships become.
Take another slow deep breath.
Let these words land.
Not as something you have to believe perfectly,
But as something you're practicing.
I am building trust with myself one choice at a time.
The more I honor myself,
The more aligned my relationships become.
The love that is right for me will recognize me.
I am available for love that meets me fully.
Notice how your body feels as you hear these statements.
You don't need to analyze it,
Just notice.
As we come towards the end of this meditation,
Remember alignment isn't about getting it right.
It's about listening and responding with self-respect.
Take one final slow breath.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and bring your attention back to the space that you're in.
Carry this sense of steadiness with you today.
You don't need to rush,
You don't need to chase.
Stay strong in your worth.
What recognizes you will move towards you.
