Press play, put your phone down and get in a comfortable, dignified place. You will experience the sounds and vibrations of sound bowls played with rubber and suede mallets. Make sure that you are able to breathe steadily and there are few distractions, if possible. Distractions can be a way to meditate on focus, however, if you are feeling uneasy, restless or anxious, fewer distractions can be helpful. Caution: If you are sensitive to sound, bowl tones or have a hearing device, a reminder to be mindful.
