Now imagine yourself standing on a narrow path.
In front of you lies the way to the sea.
The air is clear and mild and a soft breeze brushes your skin.
You feel the warmth of the sun on your face.
In the distance you already hear the sound and rhythm of the waves.
With every step you move closer to the sea,
You walk barefoot over soft golden sand that gently embraces your feet.
It's warm,
But not hot,
Just perfect.
And with every step you sink deeper into peace.
The wind carries the scent of salt and seaweed toward you.
You breathe in deeply.
It feels as thoughts you're exhaling,
All that is old and heavy,
While inhaling new,
Clear energy with every breath.
You reach the water's edge.
Before you lies the white,
Shimmering sea,
Endless,
Sparkling,
Painted in shades of blue that dance with the light.
You hear the rhythm rush of the waves,
Steady,
Like the breath of the earth itself.
Slowly,
You step into the water.
It flows around your feet,
Cool and refreshing.
Tiny waves tickle your ankles.
Each wave carries away a bit of tension.
Each new one brings a sense of clarity and lightness.
You stand still for a moment,
Feeling the sand beneath your soles,
The earth holding you steady,
Secure and at the same time free.
You gaze out over the sea.
The horizon seems endless.
And somewhere out there,
