Welcome to this full moon in Aries guided meditation.

Full moons are times of release,

Of letting go.

We allow the illumination of the full moon to let us see the shadows within us,

To light up the parts of us that we wish to release,

The limiting beliefs that are holding us back,

The thought patterns that no longer serve us.

And this full moon falls in the sign of Aries.

Aries is a fire sign,

A sign that is bold,

Courageous and about new beginnings.

So we will be working with both the moon element and the fire element to burn away and to destroy all the limiting beliefs,

Everything that has held us back and everything that we need to let go of.

So let's begin,

Begin by sitting somewhere comfortably or lying down,

Gently close the eyes,

Allow yourself to become still.

Allow yourself to find some presence,

Just allow yourself to arrive into this moment.

And if you wish you can take a mudra for this practice,

A mudra is a hand gesture and the mudra that we will use for this practice is the jiyana mudra.

And you simply place your thumb and your ring finger together and allow your palms to face upwards and to rest into your lap.

This mudra allows you to connect to higher wisdom and to receive clarity,

So it's perfect for a full moon meditation.

And of course if you don't wish to use the mudra that's absolutely fine,

Just simply place your hands in your lap with your palms facing up.

And just take a nice deep breath in,

Breathing in through the nose,

Letting it all go.

Again,

Breathing in through the nose,

Just letting it all go,

Allowing the shoulders to soften,

The jaw to unclench,

The belly to loosen.

And in this stillness,

Imagine yourself sat underneath the moonlight,

The light of the moon beaming brightly above you.

You absorb this light,

You invite it in,

You welcome its presence and you ask that its illumination allows you to witness internally the thought patterns,

The beliefs,

The habits,

Anything that needs to be released,

You invite this moonlight to show you,

You invite it all to come to the surface.

Just very gently and quietly ask yourself,

What do I need to release?

What do I need to release?

And just allow yourself to be in the energy of this thought,

Allow this wisdom to come through,

Allow the inner knowing to talk to you.

And as things begin to surface,

Just breathe into it.

The moon offers the safety to allow us to let these things arise.

The moon offers us the safety to be uncomfortable in the uncomfortable.

And as you breathe in and out,

We welcome in the fire element.

Imagine a flame beginning to burn in your belly,

Taking all the attention into the belly,

Breathing into this flame,

Feel it rising,

Feel it gaining momentum,

Gaining strength.

This flame is giving us power,

It's giving us courage.

It's giving us strength.

And all the areas of release that you desire to make,

Place them into this flame.

See the flame burn them,

Destroy them,

See them dissolve.

And now with this fire burning brightly within,

On the next out breath,

I invite you to offer this flame to the moon.

Allow this flame to leave your body and be propelled towards the light of the moon.

Breathing out,

Letting it all go,

Visualizing it propelling straight towards the moon.

Ball of flame firing directly at the moon.

And as this ball of flame makes its way to the moon,

The moonlight meets it and it implodes.

Every thought,

Every belief,

Every unconscious behavior that doesn't serve you is gone,

Transmuted,

Alchemized,

Released.

And as it implodes and alchemizes,

You feel lighter within,

You feel a shift within.

You feel space within.

You allow the moonlight to drench you,

To soothe you,

To restore you,

To bring you back to your true self.

Not only is this the moon's new chapter,

It will be yours too.

Just allow yourself to realign to this new energy,

To open up to this freedom that you have created within,

To become familiar with this new space.

And take a moment to thank yourself for showing up under this full moon,

For being in this space,

For doing the work,

For being brave,

For being bold.

And thank the full moon,

The energy of Aries,

The element of fire,

For alchemizing you within and allowing you to return to your truth.

And when you are ready to bring the awareness back within the body,

Just taking all the attention inwards,

Just grounding ourselves inwards,

Gently opening the eyes.
