This was a truly amazing , spiritual experience. I have found I have been experiencing anxiety due to circumstances out of my control. This mediation freed me of the need to hang on to this and to allow myself to accept and be open to allowing the universe to work on my behalf. ( which always conspires to work everything out for my highest good) Thank you for sharing your gift!
