Devoted to creation,
Presence.
Come in.
Welcome.
Find a comfortable seated position.
You can sit upright with your spine gently tall or recline back a little if that feels more supportive.
Let your hands rest wherever they feel natural.
When you're ready,
Softly close your eyes.
Now let's take a slow inhale in through your nose and exhale gently out of your mouth.
Let's do that again.
Inhale and exhale.
One more,
Inhale and exhale.
Continue breathing deeply as you allow your breath to return to a natural nourishing rhythm.
Notice the weight of your body supported beneath you.
Let your shoulders soften.
Unclench your jaw,
Relax your tongue.
There is nothing you need to fix right now.
Nothing you need to solve.
Just arrive here.
Bringing your awareness back to your breath,
Notice the rise and the fall of your chest.
Slowly moving up,
Slowly moving down.
You don't need to control this,
Just observe.
Now imagine you're standing before a blank canvas.
There's no sense of urgency,
No expectation,
Just space.
This is where creation begins.
Not in pressure,
But in presence.
Another slow breath in and a steady breath out.
Now notice any thoughts that are moving through your mind.
You don't need to follow them.
You don't even need to push them away.
Just observe them as if each one exists in its own bubble,
Floating out of your mind.
Now let's gently scan your body.
Starting all the way at the top of your head.
Relaxing every part as we climb down to your feet.
Allow the crown of your head to soften and open.
And moving down to your forehead,
Relax your brow.
Release your jaw.
Relax your neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Chest.
Relax your belly.
Release your glutes.
Relax those thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
Ankles,
And if you notice any tension points in your body,
Just breathe into them with that slow,
Full inhale,
Exhale.
As you notice that tension,
Allow it to soften as the breath meets it,
Even slightly.
Allow it to slowly release layer by layer with each exhale.
With presence comes stillness.
With stillness comes awareness.
And with awareness comes potential.
Feel that word in your body,
Potential.
There are possibilities inside of you that have not yet taken form.
They don't need to be forced.
You don't need to reinvent yourself.
You only need to continue moving forward.
Continue your breathing,
Continue noticing,
Continue participating.
Silently repeat to yourself,
I am here.
I am aware.
Now rest here,
Allow presence to fill you.
As you contemplate,
What am I open to creating?
You are both the artist and the creation.
And right now,
Your only task is to be present.
Beginning our silence.
I'll let you know when it's time to release.
On your next inhale,
Begin to deepen your breath.
We're gonna do three together,
Beginning here.
Slowly inhale and exhale,
And exhale.
Last one,
Inhale.
You can gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Sway your body softly right to left.
And as you're ready,
Softly open your eyes.
Saying it with me here,
I am devoted to creation.
Namaste.
