I want you to start by closing your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it for a moment and now exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let your body begin to soften with each breath,

Sinking deeper into relaxation.

Imagine now above you the vast infinite universe,

A night sky so expansive filled with stars that twinkle gently,

Each one a reminder of the endlessness of peace and possibility.

As you breathe in,

Feel the calmness of the universe filling your lungs,

Expanding your chest with each inhale.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine releasing all the tension,

Letting go of the day's worries,

Letting them dissolve into the dark sky.

With each inhale,

The universe's energy flows down through your body,

Filling every muscle and bone with its stillness.

With each exhale,

Your thoughts quieting as if the stars themselves are gently whispering peace into your mind.

Now visualize a soft glowing light at the center of the universe,

Far away but always present.

This light is pure calm.

It begins to move towards you slowly,

Effortlessly like a peaceful wave.

As it draws closer,

It wraps around your body like a gentle blanket,

Soothing you deeper and deeper into comfort.

Feel your body becoming weightless as if the stars themselves are holding you,

Cradling you in their endless embrace.

Your thoughts have become distant,

Like whispers on the wind,

Fading away as the universe fills every corner of your mind.

You are safe.

You are calm.

You are part of this infinite peace.

Now let the universe take care of you.

Allow yourself to float among the stars,

Weightless and free.

You no longer need to hold on to anything.

All you need to do is relax,

Breathe,

And let go.

Let the universe rock you into sleep.

Let your mind become still as your body melts into this infinite stillness.

Feel your breath slow,

Your heart soften,

And your body become light,

Floating freely in the peaceful vastness.

As you drift deeper into the stillness,

Know that you are perfectly safe,

Embraced by the universe,

Falling into a deep,

Restful sleep.

And here you will stay until you wake refreshed,

Renewed,

And at peace.
