Hello my friends,

Today is going to be an amazing day,

So you can be sitting or perhaps lying down with your hands and feet not quite touching and I want you to take a nice deep breath in through the nose and then just sigh it out through the mouth,

Good,

Breathe in through the nose,

Take another sip of air in and then sigh it all the way out,

Make it audible and one more final deep breath in,

Stack another little breath on top and then sigh it out through the mouth and let something go and now just focus on your natural breath,

Noticing how the body responds to your inhale and your exhale,

Just noticing how the body feels,

Is there any tension,

Any tightness living in your body right now and if there is,

I want you to focus on these places and just send your breath there,

Just imagining that you can let some of this tension go and perhaps even sending love and kindness to these parts of you,

Breathing into those parts,

Feeling into these parts and as you bring awareness to these parts of you,

Watch how your body softens,

All these parts are welcome,

All of you deserve so much love and kindness and your body is now feeling more relaxed,

More at ease and you're feeling so safe and so calm and just like your incredible eyes that see the world around you,

I want you to imagine your inner eye now and this inner eye is what we call the mind's eye and the mind's eye like the physical eye has an eyelid and eyelashes and I want you to just see the eye closing down now,

Noticing how it's getting heavier and tired and just see the eyelid closing down all the way down and as the eyelid shuts down,

It shuts out stray thoughts,

Stray images,

Anything that distracts you from how very relaxed you are feeling now and your body is feeling heavier and heavier and maybe now you may feel a floating sensation starting to develop in your body now and my friend,

Today is going to be a good day,

Today is going to be a wonderful day and just visualize now in your mind all the things you get to do today,

Nourishing your body with a healthy nutritious breakfast,

Perhaps you get to go outside for a walk,

Maybe doing some exercise,

You may be going to work,

Whatever you're doing today I want you to just see yourself going through your day looking so relaxed,

You can see that huge smile on your face,

You look so comfortable,

So at ease within yourself,

See yourself looking calm and feeling happy and what you're noticing most about yourself is that you look so present in what you're doing,

See yourself focusing on the task right in front of you,

The one thing that needs doing right now and as you flow through your day with so much presence,

This helps you to feel so calm,

So at ease,

No matter what the day has in store for you and as you see yourself looking so relaxed,

So happy,

So present,

I want you to notice how that feels in your body now,

Perhaps you feel it in your chest or maybe your stomach,

Maybe you're starting to feel a little bit excited about your day,

Maybe your energy is starting to shift and just noticing these feelings now I want you to imagine that you can turn your switch up,

Turning that dial all the way up and now you see yourself more vibrant,

This image of you has more color,

More vibrancy,

It feels real to you and as you turn up this dial that excited feeling starts developing into your body,

Growing through your body and today you trust that you will take consistent steps towards your goals and you move purposely and proactively as you choose presence and remain open-hearted and any challenge you may face,

You see it as an opportunity for your growth because you have so much self-belief,

You are resilient and you are so worthy of all your happiness and success and on this day you will show up with strength,

Resilience and so much self-love because you are unique,

You are more than enough and you love to embrace your day with focus,

Confidence and intention to make today count.

Every moment is precious so go forward now my friend into your incredible day and all the possibilities it may bring.

When you're ready open your eyes and let's go
