Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
Relax your face,
Relax your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Soften your eyes and relax all the muscles in your face some more.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and as you exhale,
Let go of all the tension in your body.
Breathe deep into your belly and relax some more.
This moment is for you.
Quiet your mind,
Quiet your thoughts.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and as I exhale,
I now bring my focus to my physical body and I imagine,
Visualize,
Intend that there is a beam of light hovering above me.
I just imagine that beam.
It is not very wide.
It's about 6 to 7 feet in diameter and 12 feet long.
It's a cylinder.
And this cylinder is a specific formula.
It's a vibration.
This shape,
Size and color are a unique,
Particular formula.
And as I visualize myself standing within it,
I begin to integrate this formula within my body and energy field.
The frequency within this beam of light,
This cylinder,
Is starting to reprogram me in a certain way.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I feel it,
I sense it.
This beam of light is a programming that will allow me to feel one with the Earth in a brand new way.
And this is important,
Because I can only awaken the love frequency when I'm connected to the Earth.
Because I now have this human form,
This human body,
Which is deeply connected to the Earth.
So this new programming will allow me to be very integrated with the Earth and to reawaken the love frequency within me and within the Earth.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I slowly,
Slowly bring down this beam of light.
I bring it down around my head,
My shoulders,
My arms,
My back.
I bring it around my legs,
All the way,
Until I am standing in the middle.
And in this middle,
I feel it,
I am surrounded by this sparkling energy and it is changing colors as it comes in contact with my cells.
The energy is becoming gold,
White and yellow.
Gold,
White and yellow energy within my cells and it sparkles.
It is a whole new way of thinking and being.
And I hold myself in this beam,
In this energy,
With the intent that I will receive a new programming.
And this new programming will awaken the love vibration which is in my cells already.
This is my birthright.
I feel and experience and awaken this divine DNA that I am made with.
This energy,
This sparkling energy in this beam of light will allow me to do so.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I imagine that this sparkling light that I am standing in,
As I am standing in this beam of light,
Is fully around me and within me.
I allow myself to soak in it.
It is so bubbly,
So sparkly.
It is a kind of an electrical charge.
Oh,
It is awakening what has been dormant within my cells for so long.
And so now it gives a heat and a lot of movement within all of my cells.
I feel it,
I sense it.
I intend it to be so.
So I keep the intent,
I hold the intent.
I hold the intent that this is the new programming and this is what it will do.
And slowly,
Slowly,
Because this is a very highly charged energy and my skin is absorbing this gold of white and yellow light.
Every cell inside my skin is now absorbing very,
Very slowly this light.
I just keep absorbing.
More and more.
Deeper and deeper this light.
And I keep going through my intent that every organ,
Every neuron,
Every blood cell,
Every atom,
Every spot,
Every cell,
Every atom in my body has now absorbed this light.
This new light.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I just imagine that this light that was inside the beam is now inside my body.
I am holding this very,
Very powerful and very,
Very bright frequency of light inside my body.
With the intent,
With the thought,
With my asking that this light is now awakening my divine DNA.
I just imagine that inside each cell there is a tiny,
Tiny little spark.
And this spark is opening up,
Is reawakening my original DNA.
My original DNA is pure and divine.
My original DNA is what we call love.
I am made with love.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I feel it,
I sense it,
I know it.
Every cell in my body is made with the substance,
With the energy of love.
I focus on that thought.
I focus on that intent.
I hold that intent.
And I allow each cell in my body to soak in this light.
I allow my body to absorb more and more of this light.
And it feels so good.
I just allow it to be.
This is me.
This is my true and pure original essence.
I am finally returning to this essence of mine.
I am returning to love itself.
And I remember.
I am this energy.
I am love.
Nothing else than that.
Because this love,
This unconditional infinite love of Source,
Is the only truth.
Everything else is just an illusion.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I state it one more time from my heart.
This is my remembrance.
This is what is real.
This is what gets me back home.
Always.
In every moment.
I am finally returning home.
