Soften your eyes.
Relax the tension in your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands.
And again.

And exhale through your mouth.
And quiet your mind.
Quiet your thoughts.
And one more time.
Take a deep breath in.
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose.
And as you exhale,
Focus on your heart.
And from your heart say,
I ask,
I intend and I choose to create a sacred space.
And I ask to let go of all distracting thoughts,
Energies and information.
And I now ask and choose to only allow the energy of Source,
My Creator,
And the energy of my own higher consciousness to be in this sacred space.
To be with me.
To be around me.
And my intent now is to clear my physical body,
My physical space and my energy field,
And my physical environment of all distracting invading energies,
Entities and attachments that are misaligned.
That are not aligned with my highest good and my own divine frequency.
I now ask to manifest this energetic clearing with the help of Source.
This pure divine Source energy will allow me to manifest this clearing.
And finally,
I now ask to create a powerful energetic shield of Source light around me.
So I can be free from all attachments,
Invading energies and entities,
Because I no longer wish to host them.
I no longer wish to host them inside my physical form and my energy field.
So I now command my subconscious and my physical cells to clear instantly from these foreign energies.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I now visualize,
Imagine or intend that I have these three balls of energy,
Of light within my body.
I just imagine a ball of light the size of a tennis ball inside my head.
White and blue light filling my head.
And a second ball of light,
Pink and gold energy filling my heart center.
And the third one,
Royal blue and emerald green filling my belly.
Pure divine Source energy inside my body,
Inside the three main zero points,
Inside my body and my energy field.
These balls of light,
Their core remains extremely concentrated.
And I am holding those three aligned together for a while.
And as I continue to allow these three energy forms to cleanse extremely old patterns within me and from my cells,
I now imagine,
Intend to bring in a pure Source light energy.
This light is very protective.
It is like a blanket of love.
And I now visualize this energy to be a kind of an archangel energy.
So very protective,
So kind,
Soft,
Tender.
And I just imagine,
Visualize,
Intend that it's coming through my body.
Through the top of my head.
It is filling my entire body.
And as this light fills my body,
It gives me a sense of warmth,
Of being held by the divine.
I feel the angelic sense of protection,
Of love,
Of support,
Of kindness,
Of truth.
This energy allows me to feel safe.
And I now see,
Feel,
Sense that this energy also creates a shield around my body.
I visualize that this angelic white energy is now inside my body and also radiating outward.
It pours out of my body,
About four to five inches around my body,
Creating a shield.
A protective shield that allows me to feel safe and protected.
If I move my arms up,
This shield moves with me.
It remains with me no matter what I'm doing.
And so I set my intent one more time.
I now ask and intend to feel protected and safe in any environment.
I ask to always remember and always feel the presence of this energy and the presence of Source.
My Creator.
And the presence of my own pure divine essence within this angelic energy that is pure and divine.
This energy is as of now,
As of today,
Always with me.
Always within me.
Always around me.
Around my body.
Always surrounding me no matter which environment I am in.
Ah yes,
I am safe and comfortable and free at all times.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I state it one more time.
I am protected and safe.
I am in alignment and only the energy of Source and my own higher consciousness is with me and around me.
And therefore,
No foreign energy can ever enter my physical space.
I now choose this to be so.
I now believe this to be so.
I am deeply connected and free.
I am who I really am.
Always.
As of today.
As of now.
And so it is.
