Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
Relax the muscles in your face,
Soften your eyes,
Soften your gaze.
Relax the tension in your shoulders,
In your neck,
Your arms,
Your hands.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and relax some more.
Quiet your mind,
Quiet your thoughts.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and now go to your heart center and say,
I now ask and intend to create a sacred space,
A ball of light all around me,
Only the energy of Source,
My Divine Creator,
And the energy of my own higher consciousness is in this ball of light.
All other frequencies and energies that are not aligned with who I really am now leave this sacred space.
And then go to your heart center and say from there,
I ask and intend to create my reality in my own sacred space.
And here I now ask and intend to let go of my fear of love.
I ask to let go of my resistance to love.
I ask to now let go of the blocks that prevent me from receiving and from giving love.
And from truly,
Truly experiencing love,
Starting with,
Including,
Self-love.
Love for my human self.
Love for my Divine Being.
Love for Creator.
Love for who I really am.
I want to be,
I want to experience,
And I want to express love.
From the core of my being,
From in and through every cell of my being.
And so I now ask to please let go of my human conditioning,
My fears,
And to awaken my true Divine Blueprint that is based on the principle of love.
And I now ask to awaken my true essence that is made with love.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I now imagine.
I visualize or I just intend that I am standing at the center of the universe.
With my Creator.
I feel the mind of my Creator right there.
And this is the energy that I am experiencing.
The mind of my Creator is love,
Pure and unconditional love.
I now imagine or intend a yellow and deep blue light.
At the center of the universe.
I ask to see,
Feel,
Sense this yellow and deep blue light.
And I intend it to be the frequency of love at source.
This is the love of my Creator.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I now slowly imagine that I am bringing with me this yellow and deep blue light.
I am traveling through space,
Through this galaxy,
Through the center of this galaxy.
And as I travel,
The love vibration spreads out everywhere.
I focus on one particle as I travel back with it through this galaxy.
As I spread the love,
I spread the joy.
I travel back with this energy all the way to this planetary system.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I travel further,
All the way to Earth.
And I imagine this yellow and deep blue light coming down from space and wrapping around the entire Earth.
I stop for a moment at the Earth grid,
Which is 5 to 7 thousand miles around the Earth.
And I fill this entire Earth plane with this yellow and deep,
Deep blue light.
Just through my intent.
Just through my imagination.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I imagine that everyone on the Earth is now beginning to feel this vibration that I brought with me from Source.
I imagine that this light feels like pure and unconditional love.
It feels like a warm blanket of love.
I imagine that every child,
Every man,
Every woman,
Every animal and plant on the Earth is now being slowly wrapped in this blanket of love.
And finally,
I now imagine that the Earth herself is absorbing also this yellow and deep,
Deep blue light.
Feeling the joy.
Feeling the reunion with the love vibration that I brought with me from Source.
This is the love vibration from Source and it is here.
All around us.
All around me.
Right here on the Earth.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I feel it.
I sense it.
I know it.
This vibration of love is right here.
Right now.
Source,
Our divine creator,
Our divine parent is right here.
Right now.
And I can tap into this energy at any moment in time.
Mmm.
Oh yeah.
And I now choose to tap into this energy.
I now choose to be this energy.
To be connected to this energy every moment of the day.
Yes,
I now choose to align all of my cells with this energy.
I am this energy.
As of today.
As of now.
And so it is.
