So please join me in this meditation and let's ask ourselves from this quiet place.
So please close your eyes and take a deep breath in and as you exhale again sink into your body and just relax.
And then ask yourself who or what is ready to be forgiven today?
What wants to be seen,
Released,
Set free?
Let's take that with us in this meditation.
So let's begin.
Let's first connect the source to where you came from before you ever incarnated in this body,
To that place of your origin as a pure radiant being,
Pure,
Pure source energy.
And from that expanded perspective you can look at your own human family,
Not from your human survival brain,
No,
From your higher awareness and bigger consciousness.
So close your eyes for a moment and again take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and as you exhale relax your eyes,
Your face.
Relax the tension in your jaw,
Your neck,
Your shoulders.
Ask to be very relaxed yet very awake.
And again take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and as you exhale quiet your thoughts,
Quiet your mind.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath and as you exhale go to your heart and say,
I ask and intend to create a sacred space.
I ask to let go of all distracting thoughts and energies and I ask to connect powerfully to the energy of source and my own higher consciousness.
I ask to raise my vibration and I ask to look from a new perspective at my family relationships today and to heal what wants to be healed for my highest good and the highest good of all those concerned.
Now just visualize,
Intend that from the center of this universe a beam of pure source light is coming down.
This light is traveling through space,
Through the cosmos.
Pure white source light which is pure love,
Pure goodness,
Beauty and truth.
Untainted,
Untouched,
There is no separation in this energy.
This is the energy of oneness,
Of deep connectedness,
Of being connected to our source,
Our divine creator,
Our divine parent,
Always loving us,
Holding us,
Supporting us.
This energy is traveling through the center of the galaxy,
All the way to our solar system,
To the earth and it's arriving right above your head.
Right where you are right now,
Just ask,
Intend,
Visualize that you bring in this energy,
Pure white silver light,
Into the top of this sphere around you,
Your own sacred space.
Pure white light,
But as it enters your space it becomes deep purple and royal blue.
Deep purple and royal blue,
So warm,
So comforting.
Every cell,
Every tiny bit of your energy field and your body is being filled with this energy.
Every cell in your body absorbs this pure light and every cell in your body calms down.
Finally,
Finally.
This energy relaxes every cell,
Relaxes you.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Just visualize,
Imagine that at the edge of your sphere,
A screen appears.
And on this screen,
Your entire human family begins to appear,
Everyone,
Including those you get along with and those with whom there is pain or tension.
Just allow it to be.
No need to force anything,
Simply intend,
Simply allow.
Let all the individuals come into your view and as they do,
Allow the same royal blue and purple source light to fill their beings.
They also receive this comforting energy.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Just notice how you feel.
Notice what comes up in you when you look at them.
And if sadness or anger arises,
Bring it up and say from your heart,
I ask and intend to release my sadness and anger towards you.
I ask and intend to release all of my confusion about what family really means and how we played out our story together.
I ask and intend to let go of all of this confusion,
All of this pain,
This sadness,
The anger from every cell in my body,
From my conscious,
Subconscious and cellular memory.
Take a deep breath in and exhale and just purge out all of these energies out of your body,
Out of your energy field.
And then from your heart say,
I ask and intend to release my feelings of betrayal and frustration.
I let go of my need for revenge,
Of all the pain and suffering both given and received.
And I ask and intend to release my deep sadness and helplessness for not being able to help you and for not having the energy or the courage to assist you in your life.
I now release the guilt I've carried for walking away,
For setting boundaries,
For choosing space.
And I now let go of all the confusion around those boundaries,
Where I end and where you begin.
I now let go,
Once and for all.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
And now just feel,
Intend,
Visualize a ball of light forming in your heart center,
Silver and white light,
Pure source energy.
This light holds the vibration of forgiveness and unconditional love.
Wrap your heart in the frequency of forgiveness and unconditional love.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Look at your human family.
The ones you made agreements with before ever incarnating.
To play your roles in this human game.
See them,
Really see them,
Just say I see you.
I see you in this human shape and I see you beyond the roles,
Beyond the drama.
I remember who you truly are.
I remember who I truly am.
And in this energy,
I now make a decision.
Am I really,
Really ready to forgive my human family for anything and everything?
This is not about replaying stories.
This is not about the past.
It is about energy.
This is about choosing to let go of the entire frequency of attachment to the old roles,
To the old drama,
To the human pain.
This is about choosing to let go of the frequency of separation.
I am you.
You are me.
Brave souls that we are coming in,
Playing out this story of separation.
So say from your heart,
I see you.
And yes,
I am ready.
I am ready.
It is okay.
What happened in the past stays in the past.
I am ready to move on.
I am ready to let go.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
From this ball of light around my heart,
I send out a beam of light,
Silver and white light,
Carrying the vibration of forgiveness and unconditional love.
I let this beam flow towards every member of my human family and anyone else I want to include,
My extended family as well,
Everyone who played a part in my script.
I'm not thinking,
I'm just allowing.
I'm allowing this light to do the work for me.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I wrap them in this beam of light.
I let this energy of forgiveness and unconditional love,
Silver and white light,
Fill the sphere around them.
Let it touch them deeply,
And I let this energy soften everything between us.
It is okay.
And from my heart I say,
I ask and intend to let go.
To let go now,
Once and for all,
Of all the resentment,
All the pain,
All the confusion,
All the mixed feelings,
The guilt,
The stories.
And I ask for total forgiveness,
For everything felt and said,
Unsaid,
For every misunderstanding.
And I ask for this energy,
This frequency,
To transmute all of these experiences now.
I ask for this energy to transmute all the emotional charge connected to every experience we had,
To neutralize it.
It is okay.
It is truly okay.
I let it all go now.
I feel the old frequencies evaporate,
Making space for more of this unconditional love.
And I feel it.
It is a new day.
A new day,
A clean slate,
A new energy.
And I say from my heart,
I move forward now.
You move forward now,
In love,
In joy,
And in complete self-acceptance.
I walk my own highest path,
As of now.
And I allow you fully to do the same.
I trust you to have your own guidance.
And that you are guided on your own highest path,
As am I.
You are free.
I am free.
And so it is.

And as I exhale,
I know it,
I feel it.
This is the energy I'm carrying right now.
And I bring it with me,

In every step of my human path and my human adventure.
