Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
Relax the muscles in your face,
Soften your eyes,
Soften your gaze.
Relax the tension in your shoulders,
In your neck,
Your arms,
Your hands.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and relax some more.
Quiet your mind,
Quiet your thoughts.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
And now,
Focus on your heart centre.
And from there,
Ask,
Intend,
Choose and say.
I now ask and intend to create a powerful sacred space around my physical body.
This is my energy field,
My consciousness,
My human experience.
And in this space,
I create my reality.
In this space,
I get to choose and decide.
And I now choose and decide that I want every cell of my body to be free.
To be free of all the old programming that does not serve me any longer.
I ask to be free of the lower frequencies that are not my divine,
Pure core frequencies,
That are not who I really am.
And I now ask,
Intend and choose to let go and to bring my own unique energy through and the energy of Source,
My Divine Creator.
And with love and attention,
I focus my consciousness on my body,
So it can be seen and heard and it can release that what is no longer needed and it can be free.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I focus on my energy field,
Which is two to three feet around my physical body.
It is my own bubble of light,
My own unique frequency all around me.
This is my own sacred space,
My reality.
And I now imagine that my energy field is expanding and expanding until I am merged with the entire Earth right now.
I am expanding my energy field to match the entire Earth,
To become merged with the Earth.
I become one with the Earth.
And as I am expanded and merged with the Earth,
I also focus on my reproductive organs.
This is all about the information that is stored inside my reproductive organs and within the collective consciousness.
It is all about those children that are already here on the Earth,
That have no purpose and do not understand this reality at all.
Because I know we are all connected.
Even the children who were born somewhere else on this Earth.
We are all energetically connected.
And therefore I feel that all of these new souls arriving here are feeling so lost and confused and without any purpose.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I will now bring the higher frequencies.
And by doing that,
I open up a whole range of new possibilities for all the children to open up to and to begin to tap into right now.
This is what I can do for every single child on the Earth right now.
And so this is what I choose to do for them.
And since we are all interconnected,
I do it for me as well.
So even though I emerged with the entire planet,
And I am doing this for all the children,
This is still affecting my individual reproductive system as well.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I now speak for all the children who are alive on the Earth plane right now,
As I say,
From my heart.
I now ask and intend to release my total confusion regarding who I am and what I am doing here on this planet.
I ask to release any and all confusion about the purpose of my existence here on the Earth.
And I now ask and intend to release this confusion,
This despair,
This lack of clarity from every cell in my physical body,
From my conscious,
Subconscious,
And cellular memory.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I command my subconscious to release my confusion regarding why I have come here,
And what this Earth plane really means,
And if there is any purpose for me being here at this moment in time.
I command that my subconscious releases this confusion and perception,
And replaces it with a new energy,
A new perception,
That allows me to create the reality that I choose,
Regardless of what I perceive around me,
Or how the human condition is explained to me.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I now ask and intend to take charge.
I ask and intend to begin creating my reality now as I choose it.
And I now choose to create my reality in perfect alignment with the Divine Creator's energy.
Within this Divine Creator's energy,
I am perfectly safe,
Perfectly guided,
Perfectly connected in such a way that I can have great fun being here now.
And so I will have fun being here now,
As of today,
As of now,
And so it is.
